Abstract: There is provided a process for preparing a resin sheet for thermoforming which can be fabricated into containers and lids or caps for containers in the food packaging industries, particularly those which are resistant to heating in a microwave oven, which containers and lids or caps are excellent in transparency, antifog property, impact resistance, and heat resistance are obtained. A process for preparing an antifogged sheet comprising a propylene resin sheet with an antifogging agent comprising a polyglycerol fatty acid ester or a sucrose fatty acid ester as an effective ingredient.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a process of measuring a cloud point of polyglycerol-fatty acid ester comprising;adding polyglycerol-fatty acid ester to an aqueous solution of a salt, a polyhydric alcohol, or a mixture thereof to prepare a homogeneous aqueous polyglycerol-fatty acid ester solution;heating the obtained homogeneous aqueous solution to allow to change the homogeneous aqueous solution into a heterogeneous aqueous solution; andmeasuring a temperature at which the homogeneous aqueous solution changes into the heterogeneous aqueous solution.

Abstract: A detergent composition comprising a sucrose fatty acid ester and a salt of long-chain carboxylic acid ester of lactic acid having a purity of at least 80 mol %. The detergent composition is highly safe, is weak acidic or neutral so that it has low irritation to the skin, is excellent in detergent properties such as detergency, foaming power and stability in hard water and also in feeling upon use, and is free from undesired color or odor, so that it is suited particularly as food and dish detergents, and skin and hair detergents such as shampoo, body shampoo, face wash and hand soap.
