Abstract: A broadcast program related information processor is provided wherein a user can easily create a message containing a program tag corresponding to a program during watching. When externally receiving a program tag capture request, the program display controller 2 captures the program-related information of a program in displaying from the recorded-video management data 3, creates a program tag based on the program information, and then returns the created program tag to the request source. When the program tag further contains scene information, the program display controller 2 captures the scene information regarding a scene in replay at the time of capturing program related information and then utilizes the scene information at the program tag creation time. The message creator 1 transmits the program tag capture request to the program display controller 2 and then, when the program tag is returned, inserts it into the message 5.

Abstract: A synthetic resin swivel hook having a hook body and a stopper piece, wherein the stopper piece comprises a base end portion protruded from the base portion; a curved portion formed to be integral with the base end portion and forming substantially C-shape or U-shape protruding toward an inner face of the hook body and being open outward between the base end portion and the hook body; and a tongue piece portion extending from the curved portion up to an inside fitting face at an end of the hook body. The base end portion acts as a protective wall when the curved portion is elastically deformed. Using the above described structure of the curved portion and contraction thereof at the time of molding, from the first, the tongue piece portion is disposed inside of a front end inside fitting face of the hook body upon molding.

Abstract: A broadcast program storing system, in which a combination of programs to be stored is optimized, and a program set that makes the degree of satisfaction of a user optimal can be stored, is provided. The broadcast program storing system provides a preference learning means that learns the preferences of a user for programs by viewing behavior of the user, a degree of preference predicting means for predicting the degree of preference of the user for each program from information of the program, and a storing planning means, which chooses a combination of programs by solving a temporally expanded knapsack problem that obtains a solution that the sum of the predicted degree of satisfaction in a planned schedule becomes maximal in a storing capacity having a bound when programs to be stored and programs to be deleted are decided.

Abstract: In a swivel snap hook having a hook body and a stopper piece, a protrusion, which is molded integrally with a front-end inside engaging face or a front-end outside engaging face of the hook body or the stopper piece, is provided so as to have a minute protruding height and be protruded toward a mating engaging face. Further, a minute portion at a tip end of the protrusion is molded integrally with the mating engaging face. Consequently, the swivel snap hook can be molded such that the front-end outside engaging face of the stopper piece is closed to the front-end inside engaging face of the hook body. Therefore, in the swivel snap hook, a length and a depth of the hook body thereof can be set as the conventional ones, while it can be molded in a state that the front-end outside engaging face of the stopper piece is kept in contact with the front-end inside engaging face of the hook body.

Abstract: A broadcast-program viewing method is provided, which is capable of optionally viewing broadcast programs transmitted by a broadcasting station according to a viewer's taste or desire. In the step (a), original broadcast programs transmitted by a broadcasting station are received and stored onto an information storage medium capable of random access. Each of the received original broadcast programs contains items having attribute information. In the step (b), the attribute information for the items of the received original broadcast programs is acquired and stored onto the information storage medium. In the step (c), viewer's information is specified according to a viewer's taste or desire.

Abstract: A buckle comprises a male member and a female member adapted to couple with each other. The male member includes a fitting projection provided on a base thereof and the female member has a fitting cavity formed at its one end for fitting engagement with the fitting projection of the male member. A tongue-shaped presser plate and the actuating levers of the female member are substantially coplanar with the front wall and the corresponding side walls respectively, of the female member, when the male and the female member are coupled with each other.

In accordance with one embodiment of the modification, the coupler comprises a pair of fitting parts each including one of a pair of engaging parts adapted to form mutual engagement and break the engagement under a tension exceeding a prescribed level. In accordance with another modification, the coupler comprises one or more of fitting parts and retention cancelling means adapted to induce retention of the elongate article in cooperation with the fitting parts and cancel the retention of the elongate article when a tension exceeding a prescribed level is exerted on the elongate article.

Abstract: A swivel hook including a head portion pivotally connected to the strap connector body, a hook-shape leg projecting from the head portion, and an unhooking-preventing leg projecting from the head portion toward a tip of the hook-shaped leg and resiliently deformable about its own base end. The hook-shaped leg has on its inner surface near its base end a projection engageable with an inner surface of the unhooking-preventing leg within an elastic-limit range of the unhooking-preventing leg when the unhooking-preventing leg is deformed.

Abstract: A plug member of a buckle has a pair of engaging legs receivable in a socket member to couple the plug member and the socket member. The engaging legs are curved inwardly toward each other and each of which has an elongated opening extending longitudinally thereof and extending across its thickness. The socket member includes an upper plate and a lower plate defining therebetween a guide chamber and interconnected by a central guide wall. The socket member includes a pair of retaining portions disposed in the guide chamber for interlocking engagement with a pair of locking portions formed at the leading ends of the respective engaging legs. Each of the engaging legs each has a recessed thin guide portion which is smaller in thickness than an operating portion of each engaging leg. The buckle thus constructed is relatively small in thickness, can be coupled and uncoupled reliably and smoothly with a relatively small force, and is able to withstand undue force or pressure tending to damage the buckle.

Abstract: (A) A clad powdery or granular preparation of a medicinally active ingredient and (B) a powdery or granular ion exchanger such as a cation exchange resin are blended to prepare a solid preparation. The active ingredient includes .beta.-lactam antibiotics having a basic group. The clad powdery or granular preparation includes not only coated preparation wherein the active ingredient or preparation is coated but also a variety of preparations in which the contact of the active ingredient with the ion exchanger is suppressed or inhibited. Polymers such as a water-soluble polymer, an enteric polymer and so on can be used as the coating agent for the coated preparation. The using amount of the ion exchanger is about 10 to 5,000 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the active ingredient. Said solid preparation can remarkably decrease the unpleasant taste and odor of the active ingredient such as bitterness, being excellent in dissolution property and absorbability of the active ingredient.

Abstract: A compression-moldable composition comprising an active ingredient, an excipient and an oily or fatty substance having a lower melting point of about 20.degree. to 90.degree. C. is compression-molded into uncoated tablets without coating to improve the abrasion resistance. The oily or fatty substance includes a higher fatty acid or a salt thereof, a wax, a fatty acid ester, a hardened oil, a polyalkylene oxide, etc., and the amount thereof is about 0.01 to 10% by weight. The composition may comprise (1) a granulated powder containing the active ingredient and the excipient, and the powdery or granular oily or fatty substance having a lower melting point, or (2) a granulated powder containing the active ingredient, the excipient and said oily or fatty substance. Compression-molding of the composition improves the abrasion resistance of the tablet and significantly inhibits the development of powder by wearing or abrasion even when the oily or fatty substance is used in a small amount of about 0.1 to 0.

Abstract: A buckle includes a triangular projection provided on a male member for deflecting a resilient force of a resilient member toward a direction of removal of the male member. When locking elements of the male member are disengaged from retaining elements of a female member in response to the movement of a pair of actuating members, the triangular projection is operated to thrust out the male member from the female member under the resiliency of the resilient member. Thus, the buckle can be detached with one hand.

Abstract: A fastener for releasably fastening a face guard to a helmet is disclosed. The fastener comprises a plug having a plug proper and an attachment portion integrally joined to each other; and a bowl-shaped socket having an engaging hole and a notch formed in the center and the edge, respectively, of its bottom, the notch communicating with the engaging hole for guiding the plug proper into engagement with the engaging hole of the socket. The fastener further includes a retainer rotatably fitted in the bowl-shaped socket and including a cylindrical body and a closing plate mounted on its bottom for selectively opening and closing the notch in response to rotation of the retainer.
