  • Publication number: 20150072630
Abstract: A voltage controlled oscillator outputs an output signal whose frequency corresponds to inputted control voltage. A distributor distributes the output signal outputted from the voltage controlled oscillator. A plurality of injection-locked oscillators regulate self-oscillation frequencies according to the above frequency and output signals obtained by frequency-multiplying signals distributed by the distributor. A combiner combines and outputs the signals outputted from the plurality of injection-locked oscillators. This makes it possible to increase output power while preventing an operating band from narrowing.

Abstract: A PLL device includes a variable frequency oscillator and a frequency divider section. The variable frequency oscillator varies an oscillation frequency in response to a control signal including information on a phase difference between a reference signal and a frequency division signal and oscillates an output signal obtained by multiplying a frequency of the reference signal. The frequency divider section frequency-divides the output signal to generate the frequency division signal. An injection locked frequency divider is arranged in the frequency divider section, the control signal is input to the injection locked frequency divider, and the operation frequency of the injection locked frequency divider is controlled by the control signal.

  • Patent number: 8705698
Abstract: Provided are an X-ray analyzer and a mapping method for an X-ray analysis which, in a inspection for a harmful substance contained in, for example, a material or a composite electronic component, enable determination as to whether a sample is normal or abnormal to be performed visually based on an image obtained by the X-ray mapping analysis. In the X-ray analyzer, an X-ray mapping image of a sample which is confirmed to be normal in advance is obtained as a reference mapping image. A mapping analysis is performed on a inspection sample. A difference from the reference mapping image is obtained for each pixel, to thereby display a difference mapping image. A region in which the amount of specific element is larger than a reference amount is displayed with high brightness, and hence an abnormal portion may be easily found.

  • Publication number: 20090145835
Abstract: This invention provides a fiber filter and a sewage purifier capable of realizing effective use of the capacity of a treatment tank and being easily manufactured. A fiber filter is formed in a manner that ends of a plurality of fibrous materials made of carbon fibers bundled into a fiber bundle are connected to each other at a fixation part. The fiber filter is used as a filter of an anaerobic filter-bed tank of a sewage purifier. A part, which is not fixed at the fixation part, of the fibrous materials of the fiber filter spreads and develops in a tuft shape in sewage. Thus, the surface area of the fiber filter can be increased. Capacity necessary for treatment of the sewage W can be reduced and effectively used. The fiber filter can be easily manufactured due to its simple constitution.
