    Abstract: A method for preparing a piezoelectric or dielectric ceramic sheet by firing a shaped body made of a piezoelectric or dielectric ceramic powder while the shaped body is sandwiched between substrates. The method results in a significant improvement in the degree of displacement of a piezoelectric ceramic and significantly decreased warpage of the shaped body during sintering.
