  • Patent number: 9776661
Abstract: A vehicle lower portion structure includes a suspension member, an inclined portion, and a receiving portion. The suspension member is disposed at a lower portion of a space portion at a vehicle body front side of a vehicle cabin. The inclined portion is provided at a vehicle body structural member that is further toward a vehicle body rear side than a rear portion of the suspension member, and has an inclined surface that, when the suspension member moves toward a vehicle body rear side, guides the suspension member toward a vehicle body lower rear side. The receiving portion has a receiving surface that, when the suspension member moves toward a vehicle body obliquely rear side as seen in plan view, receives the suspension member.

  • Patent number: 9550463
Abstract: A vehicle body end section structure is obtained that enables a spacer member that transmits load to a framework member in a small overlap collision to be suppressed from impinging on a wheel in a minor collision. The vehicle body end section structure comprises a pair of left and right framework members, a bumper framework section connected to leading end portions of the pair of framework members, and a spacer member that projects out from a jutting-out portion of the bumper framework section toward a framework member side. The spacer member is disposed such that a rotation trajectory of the spacer member about a connection location between the bumper framework section and the framework member, the connection location is positioned on an opposite side in the vehicle width direction of the spacer member, does not impinge on a wheel in plan view.

  • Patent number: 9399489
Abstract: A vehicle-body front structure includes: a front side member which has a closed section by joining an inner panel placed on a vehicle-width inner side to an outer panel placed on a vehicle-width outer side, the front side member being placed in a vehicle-body front portion along a vehicle-body front-rear direction and being provided with an energy absorption portion that is provided on a vehicle-body front side of the front side member; and a reinforcing member provided on an inner-panel side in an offset manner toward the vehicle-width inner side from a vehicle-width outer end of a rear end of the energy absorption portion in a plane view.
