  • Patent number: 7472847
Abstract: For achieving a fluidic device, being able to be made small in sizes, comprising a fluid inflow opening 1, a connector duct 2, and a fluid jet nozzle, wherein the connector duct 2 is constructed with curves, and is further constructed with two (2) pieces of flow passages, being symmetric on both sides. Constructing the connector duct with the curves reduces resistance of fluid within the duct, and further dividing the connector duct into two (2) parts in both side enhances the flows at confluent point in the duct (increase of the flow velocity).

  • Patent number: 7348099
Abstract: A nonaqueous secondary electrolytic battery comprising an electricity-generating element formed by spirally winding a laminate of a positive electrode plate, a separating material and a negative electrode plate, and an electrolytic solution with which the separating material, if it is a separator, is impregnated. The electricity-generating element is sealed in a battery case formed by a resin-laminated sheet comprising a metal layer as a barrier layer. Only a pair of lead terminals are drawn to the exterior of the battery case. The resin sheet comprises an oriented resin layer laminated on both surfaces of the metal layer. The inner heat-fused layers are opposed and heat-fused to each other. A molten and solidified resin mass is formed protruding from the inner end of the welded portion toward the inner space of the battery by 0.1 mm or more. Alternatively, the welded portion is formed thinner at the outer end thereof than at the inner end thereof.

  • Publication number: 20070075464
Abstract: An in-die cover forming method for integrally forming a cover member with a surface of a base member in a die is provided. The die including an upper die half and a lower die half. The upper die halves are movable relative to each other. The base member is set on the lower die half such that its back is opposed to the lower die half. Using position determining mechanisms located between the lower die half and the back of the base member, the position of the surface of the base member in relation to the lower die half in the die moving direction is determined. The cover member is placed between the base member and the upper die half. The cover member is integrated with the surface of the base member by closing the upper die half with respect to the lower die half while pressing the cover member against the base member through vacuuming.

  • Publication number: 20060066010
Abstract: A mold having a molding cavity and a plurality of gates for injecting molding material into the cavity is prepared. The mold has a leakage suppressing portion for suppressing leakage of the molding material to a clearance of the mold. The gates include gates of different distances from the leakage suppressing portion. As the molding material, a material the fluidity of which is a spiral flow length of 20 to 70 cm is prepared. The injection pressure of the molding material from the gates of the different distances from the leakage suppression portion is equalized. The gate that is farther from the leakage suppressing portion is caused to first start injecting the molding material into the molding cavity.
