Abstract: There is described an image outputting system for outputting images as color samples for proof of a large-sized image greater than the allowed image output region of the image outputting apparatus. Further, there is described an image outputting system, a controlling apparatus, an image dividing method, a program to execute the method, and a storage medium having the program, wherein, in the case of dividing and outputting image data of a large sized image which is too large to be recorded on a recording medium, it is possible to perform dividing-output of the image in a proper direction of image output and on recording media of a proper size so that the number of recording media on which to output the image is minimized and the blank region in which image is not recorded is minimized.

Abstract: A cover apparatus of a cassette tape recorder comprising first and second covers rotatable to be openable and closable with respect to a body of the tape recorder. The first cover has a holder to encasing a tape cassette so that the tape cassette encased in the holder is rotatable in accordance with the rotation of the first cover, a length of the first cover in longitudinal directions being smaller than that of the tape cassette so that a portion of the tape cassette protrudes from the first cover when being encased in the holder. The second cover is arranged to be engaged with the first cover to be rotatable together with the first cover and movable along a surface of the first cover.

Abstract: A cover apparatus of a cassette tape recorder comprising first and second covers rotatable to be openable and closable with respect to a body of the tape recorder, the first cover having a holder to encase a tape cassette so that the tape cassette encased in the cassette holder is rotatable in accordance with the rotation of the first cover. The first and second covers are coupled to each other through a slider engaged with the second cover and slidable along a side surface of the first cover. The first cover rotates to cover the entire tape cassette in cooperation with the second cover when the second cover is closed with respect to the tape recorder body.

Abstract: A cover opening/closing device prevents backlash when the cover is closed, by engaging the cover with a lock cam and urging the lock cam to be rotated into positions by a toggle spring. For this object, this device comprises a lock cam which is rotated about a rotational shaft provided in a main body, an operation lever which rotates the lock cam to open the cover, and a toggle spring which is designed to maintain the lock cam in urged states at the respective cover-opened and cover-closed positions. The lock cam can be kept urged in the cover-closed state.
