  • Publication number: 20140133432
Abstract: The invention avoids unnecessary transmission of signals, and shortens time for establishing a bearer for a UE. A mobile communication method of an embodiment includes the steps of: notifying, by a P-CSCF, when the P-CSCF receives a SIP signal #1, a PCRF of QoS corresponding to a SDP-A included in the SIP signal #1; transmitting, by the PCRF, a bearer establishment instruction signal #1 to an EPC on the basis of the QoS; and keeping the P-CSCF, when the P-CSCF receives a SIP signal #2 and the SDP-A included in the SIP signal #1 is the same as a SDP-B included in the SIP signal #2, from notifying the PCRF of the QoS corresponding to the SDP-B.

  • Patent number: 8339540
Abstract: A reflection sheet is made of material having a coefficient of thermal expansion different from that of an LED substrate. A fixing member and a retaining member extend through the reflection sheet and the LED substrate so as to fix the reflection sheet and the LED substrate. The reflection sheet includes a fixing hole into which the fixing member is inserted, a retaining hole into which the retaining member is inserted, and LED holes within which light emitting diodes are disposed, respectively. Retaining of the reflection sheet by the retaining member has, compared to fixing of the reflection sheet by the fixing member, a higher degree of freedom of movement in a direction along a surface of the reflection sheet. The LED holes located in positions far from the fixing hole are larger than the LED holes located in positions close to the fixing hole.

  • Publication number: 20100083744
Abstract: An inventive load apparatus for performance evaluation of a steering system has a simple construction and yet is capable of faithfully reproducing a tire load observed when the steering system is actually mounted on a motor vehicle. A compression load spring device (12) includes a piston (18) which is axially movable within a cylinder (17), and a pair of springs (20, 21) which resiliently urge the piston (18) to hold the piston (18) in a force balanced state at a neutral position in the cylinder. The piston (18) is connected to a rod (19) having one end (19a) serving as a load output portion. A load outputted from the load output portion (19a) is multiplied by a preset factor by means of a lever mechanism (13), and the resulting load is applied to the steering system (30).
