  • Publication number: 20060184823
Abstract: The access control device comprises a first interface (IF) which receives access requests from a host device, and a second IF which respectively accesses one or a plurality of access destination candidates in an external device. The second IF attempts to access a particular access destination candidate if the first IF has received an access request, and outputs a judgment result indicating a recovery if it is judged that a recovery has been performed after the access attempt has failed. The first IF detects that there has been a recovery in the access path to the particular access destination candidate by referring to the judgment result output by the second IF.

  • Patent number: 7061873
Abstract: In this invention, wireless video telephone communication between mobile telephones MS1 and MS2 using the MPEG-2 standard is performed when the reception field strength falls below a threshold value of H continuously for a specific period of T3 or longer in the course of receiving the data at one mobile telephone MS2, the telephone MS2 monitors the restoration of the reception field strength. After detecting the restoration, mobile telephone MS2 transmits a request for the transmission of an I frame to mobile telephone MS1. Upon receipt of the request, mobile telephone MS1 creates an I frame in place of a P frame and transmits the I frame.

  • Publication number: 20060066430
Abstract: A transformer has a bar-shaped ferrite core, an inner winding wound directly around the ferrite core, an outer winding wound over the inner winding, and a dielectric shield surrounding the outer winding. The outer winding has its circumference covered by a dielectric sheath, and has an intermediate winding portion between its winding start end and its winding stop end. The dielectric sheath in the intermediate winding portion is spaced from each other along the axis of the ferrite core to leave thereat a gap which is filled with a molding material. By provision of the gap between the dielectric sheath of the outer winding, the molding material forming the dielectric shield can be easy to flow in between the dielectric sheath of the outer winding and the inner winding, avoiding the void from appearing between the inner and outer windings for attaining stable electrical characteristic.

  • Patent number: 6917322
Abstract: In an I/V converter circuit and a D/A converter, a wide pass band for signal can be obtained and current consumption can be reduced. A current is supplied through an input terminal to a first node, and a first bias current is supplied from a first bias-current generating circuit to the first node. The current supplied to the first node is mirrored to a second node, and a second bias current is supplied from a second bias-current generating circuit to the second node. A first control circuit controls first and second elements of a current mirror circuit so that the voltage of the first node is substantially equal to a bias voltage, a third element converts a current flowing therethrough to a voltage by using the bias voltage as reference, and a second control circuit controls the voltage output from an output terminal so that the voltage of the second node is substantially equal to the bias voltage.
