  • Patent number: 4124296
Abstract: This specification discloses an original urging device for enabling an original to be well placed and supported on the original supporting carriage of a copying machine, a printing machine or the like. The supporting member for the original urging plate of the device has one end thereof pivotally supported. A point for taking the resilient force of a resilient member is provided at a point on the supporting member. During replacement of the original, the original urging plate may be made stationary within a predetermined range of angles facilitating the handling of the urging plate, in accordance with the rotated position of the supporting member and by the relationship between the moment produced by the gravity force acting to the supporting member and urging plate and the moment produced by the resilient force of the resilient member.

Abstract: A heavy duty pneumatic radial tire having tread patterns divided into a central zone and peripheral zones by two main continuous zigzag grooves spaced apart a distance 25-38% of the overall width of the tread and having a main groove oblique or zigzag angle of 55-78.degree. relative to a radial plane of the tire. Each of the peripheral zones is divided into the form of arrow feathers by traverse grooves having walls tilted through at least 20% of the depth of the traverse groove at an angle within 20-40.degree. to a center line of the traverse groove. The ratio of total areas of the central zone to those of one of the peripheral zones is 1:1.0 to 1:1.5, and the ratio of the total areas of inner and outer peripheral blocks in the peripheral zones divided by a continuous zigzag groove substantially parallel with the main grooves is 1:1.5 to 1:2.

  • Patent number: 4050800
Abstract: A device for successive reproduction of original image information to be used in a recording apparatus of a type, wherein the device includes a reciprocating table for carrying an original. The device is generally constructed with a movable table which reciprocates over the original carrying table, and on which information to be changed and selected is placed. A mechanism sequentially and automatically shifts the movable table by a driving force of the reciprocating motion of the original carrying table and thereby selectively changes the information; the shifting and changing mechanism is constructed with a plurality of mutually engaged links, wherein one of the plurality of links is displaced by the reciprocating motion of the original carrying table so as to move the movable table, and, by making variable the engaging length of at least one of the mutually engaged links, the moving distance of the movable table is made variable.
