  • Patent number: 9793456
Abstract: A molded resin body for surface-mounted light-emitting device has a cured resin body integrally molded with a plurality of leads and a concave portion to which the plurality of leads are exposed at the bottom portion, in which the ten-point average roughness (Rz) of the opening surface of the concave portion is 1 ?m to 10 ?m, the glass transition temperature of the cured resin body is 10° C. or higher and the glass transition temperature is a value measured using a thermomechanical analyzer (TMA) under the conditions of a temperature range of ?50 to 250° C., a temperature elevation rate of 5° C./min, and a sample size length of 1 to 5 mm, and the optical reflectance at 460 nm of the opening surface of the concave portion is 80% or more and the optical reflectance retention rate on the opening surface after heating the molded resin body at 180° C. for 72 hours is 90% or more.

  • Patent number: 6360069
Abstract: A developing roller (10) comprising an elastic layer (12) wound round a conductive shaft (11) and one or more resin layers (13) laminated on the elastic layer. The elastic layer (12) has a JIS A hardness of not greater than 50 degrees. At least the outermost layer of the one or more resin layers (13) contains fine particles and the surface roughness (Rz) of the outermost layer is regulated to be within the range of 3 to 15 &mgr;m. A resin composition containing an —NHCO— bound or a resin composition containing —ROCO2— and —SiOSi— repeating units and an —NHCO— bond can be used for the outermost layer.

  • Patent number: 6035172
Abstract: Disclosed is a developing roller to be employed in a developing device which is incorporated in electrophotographic apparatus such as printers, duplicators, receivers for facsimiles or the like, and in which toner carried on the surface of the roller being or not being kept in contact with a photoreceptor is transferred at least to the photoreceptor. The developing roller is characterized in that an elastic conductive layer is formed around the conductive shaft of the roller, that the outer surface of the elastic conductive layer is covered with a surface layer, and that the surface layer is formed from a resin composition of which the contact angle with a drop of a liquid consisting essentially of a component similar to the resin component constituting the toner to be used in the developing device is not smaller than 35.degree.. In the developing device, toner filming occurs little around the developing roller, and the initial density of the images formed is good.

  • Patent number: 5335551
Abstract: A pillow type pressure detector having a base board on the front surface of which a load cell type load sensor is mounted; a holder cover which is so provided as to be spaced a predetermined distance from the base board; a flat-plate-shaped load transmitting board and a flat-plate-shaped retaining board positioned between the base board and the holder cover; a pillow type pressure reaction jig positioned between the load transmitting board and the retaining board; and a pillow holding member for clamping predetermined portions of the pressure reaction jig mounted over the base board and the holder cover. There are provided a mechanism for simultaneously swinging the load transmitting board and the retaining board relative to the base board, a mechanism elastically supporting the pillow holding member on the side of the base board and/or a thin-plate-shaped depressing member provided over the surface of the load sensor for fixedly secure the load sensor to the base.
