Abstract: One of the objects of the present invention is to enhance a fruit sensation which tends to be insufficient in sugar-free, fruit juice-containing alcoholic beverages containing no high intensity sweetener. In this invention, a specified amount of a polysaccharide or polysaccharides with a degree of polymerization of not less than 3 is used in the fruit juice-containing alcoholic beverage, and the acidity in terms of citric acid is adjusted to be within a specified range.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a fruit juice-containing unrefined liquor and a fruit juice-containing alcoholic beverage which have a fresh and bright aroma of a freshly squeezed citrus fruit juice. A method for producing a fruit juice-containing unrefined liquor provided by the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) mixing a fruit juice obtained from a citrus fruit using a juice extractor with an alcohol within 30 hours after squeezing, to obtain a mixed liquor with an alcohol content of from 15 to 55 v/v %; and (b) storing the mixed liquid in an environment at or below 0° C.
