  • Publication number: 20180192291
Abstract: A communication apparatus may receive a first specific signal including a specific wireless identifier from an external apparatus; determine whether the specific wireless identifier is a first wireless identifier; in a case where it is determined that the specific wireless identifier is the first wireless identifier, shift an operating state of the communication apparatus to one state of a first parent state and a child state, and form the first wireless network to which both the communication apparatus and the external apparatus belong. In a case where it is determined that the specific wireless identifier is not the first wireless identifier, the communication apparatus is maintained in a first non-belonging state. The communication apparatus may receive specific wireless setting information from the external apparatus by using the first wireless network; and belong to the specific wireless network by using the specific wireless setting information.

  • Publication number: 20180190677
Abstract: A semiconductor device production system using a laser crystallization method is provided which can avoid forming grain boundaries in a channel formulation region of a TFT, thereby preventing grain boundaries from lowering the mobility of the TFT greatly, from lowering ON current, and from increasing OFF current. Rectangular or stripe pattern depression and projection portions are formed on an insulating film. A semiconductor film is formed on the insulating film. The semiconductor film is irradiated with continuous wave laser light by running the laser light along the stripe pattern depression and projection portions of the insulating film or along the major or minor axis direction of the rectangle. Although continuous wave laser light is most preferred among laser light, it is also possible to use pulse oscillation laser light in irradiating the semiconductor film.

  • Publication number: 20180184485
Abstract: A communication device may shift an operation state of the communication device from a parent station state for operating as a parent station of a first wireless network to a specific state different from the parent station state, in a case where a predetermined communication with an external device not belonging to the first wireless network is executed under a first state where the communication device is operating as the parent station of the first wireless network; and after the operation state of the communication device has been shifted to the specific state, establish a first wireless connection with the external device operating as a parent station of a second wireless network via a first wireless interface of the communication device, so as to cause the communication device to participate in the second wireless network as a child station.

  • Publication number: 20180184476
Abstract: A communication device may shift an operation state from a first operation state to a second operation state in response to establishment of a first wireless connection via a first wireless interface with an external device. In the first operation state, a first response signal indicating that a WPS process is inexecutable is sent to the external device in a case where a first request signal is received from the external device, and in the second operation state, a second response signal indicating that the WPS process is executable is sent to the external device. The communication device may establish a second wireless connection via a second wireless interface with the external device by executing the WPS process, in a case where the first request signal is received from the external device via the second wireless interface after the operation state has been shifted to the second operation state.

  • Publication number: 20180184366
Abstract: Computer-readable instructions stored in a non-transitory computer-readable recording medium may cause a communication device to acquire predetermined information from a first interface under a state where a number of child stations participating in a first wireless network in which an external device operates as a parent station is equal to an upper limit, shift an operation state of the communication device to a parent station state from a specific state so as to form a second wireless network in a case where the predetermined information is acquired from the first interface, and supply a first predetermined instruction to an OS program. The first predetermined instruction may include an instruction for causing a second interface to send a participation request to the external device. The participation request may be a command for requesting the external device to participate in the second wireless network as a child station.
