The inputter receives, as input data, a time passed from previous drug administration to a patient and/or a value of biological materials in blood of the patient and/or a change of the value. The calculator calculates probabilities of drug administration to the patient as trinary determination of the dosage direction of STAY, UP or DOWN on the basis of a calculation model, and a first determination for determining the dosage direction, and a second determination for determining the dosage direction of UP or DOWN if the first determination is NON-STAY.

Abstract: An imaging apparatus includes an image pickup device configured to output an image signal, an analog image processing device having an A/D converter configured to convert the output image signal from the image pickup device into a digital image signal and transfer the digital image signal, a digital image processing device configured to load the transferred digital image signal and perform an image processing on the loaded digital image signal, a clock generator configured to supply a clock having a frequency to each of the image pickup device, the analog image processing device, and the digital image processing device to drive the image pickup device, the analog image processing device and the digital image processing device at a predetermined driving frequency, and a controller configured to perform a monitoring stop processing to stop the transfer of the digital image signal from the analog image processing device and the image processing of the digital image processing device in a predetermined state.

Abstract: An image processing unit is configured to include a monotone image generator which generates a monotone image from a color image and a color reducer which reduces a color of an image by reducing chroma of the image in accordance with brightness of the image. The color reducer adjusts a tone of the monotone image generated by the monotone image generator by reducing a color of a high brightness portion of the image at a higher level than a low brightness portion of the image.

Abstract: An image capturing apparatus includes: an image sensor; an analog-image processing unit; a timing generator; a mechanical shutter; and a control unit that performs completing parameter settings to the timing generator and performs time setting for time at which the mechanical shutter is to be closed. The parameter settings cause an operation mode of the image sensor to switch to a still-image photographing mode. In response to an instruction to capture a still image, the control unit inserts a dummy still-image exposure period and a dummy still-image read period into a point in time before a still-image exposure period and a still-image read period, performs completing of the parameter settings during the dummy still-image exposure period, and when the still-image exposure period is started after an elapse of the dummy still-image read period, then performs the time setting.
