    Abstract: A charge control device includes: a voltage generator which receives an input voltage and generates an output voltage; a power feeding circuit which supplies the output voltage to a terminal via a voltage supply line; and a control circuit. The control circuit is configured to make the power feeding circuit supply the output voltage when a value of the input voltage or the output voltage is equal to or higher than a first threshold value; electrically cut off the supply of the output voltage by the power feeding circuit when the value of the input voltage or the output voltage is less than the first threshold value; and resume the supply of the output voltage by the power feeding circuit when the value of the input voltage or the output voltage returns to be equal to or higher than the first threshold value.

    Abstract: A charging apparatus includes: a receptacle including terminals; a power supply configured to supply a voltage or a current to a first terminal; a first voltage detector configured to detect a voltage of the first terminal; a second voltage detector configured to detect a voltage of a second terminal at one place, two places or three places away from the first terminal; and a processor. The processor is configured to determine whether the voltage of the second terminal is equal to or higher than a second threshold value during a period in which the voltage of the first terminal is equal to or higher than a first threshold value, and stop supply of the voltage or the current from the power supply to the first terminal in a case in which the voltage of the second terminal is equal to or higher than the second threshold value.
