    Abstract: In a case in which an instruction to change to a wiping speed, which is determined from a target speed map, is inputted at a time during control of a rotational speed of a wiper motor that is based on a target speed map, a microcomputer gradually changes the rotational speed of the wiper motor from a rotational speed determined from a target speed map to a rotational speed determined by a target speed map. Further, in a case in which a wiper switch is operated while wiper blades exist within a switching prohibited region, the microcomputer switches a target speed map that is used from a time that the wiper blades reach reversal positions.
