    Abstract: An electrically insulating prepreg which comprises a resin composition of an alicyclic epoxy compound prepared by the expoxidation of an alkadiene alcohol ester of an alicyclic polybasic carboxylic acid, a latent curing agent, and a solid substrate, wherein said resin composition, once it has been applied to the substrate, is in the B-stage cured state and is thereby acetone soluble, thermoplastic and nontacky.
