  • Patent number: 7491051
Abstract: Provided is a mold clamping apparatus of a mold having a side wall portion of cantilever shape, by which deformation of the mold side wall portion can be efficiently suppressed. An injection molding machine and injection molding method both using the mold clamping apparatus are also provided. Thereby, molded articles with high quality having no flash generation can be obtained. The mold clamping apparatus comprises a side pusher comprising a pair of supports respectively arranged between adjacent two tie bars out of a plurality of tie bars at positions symmetrical to each other and slidably supported to the tie bars, a moving and positioning means linking the supports to a fixed platen or movable platen and moving the supports to be positioned at a predetermined position and a lateral clamping means provided on each of the pair of supports to push a side face of a fixed mold or movable mold.

  • Patent number: 7089103
Abstract: In a system for controlling an internal combustion engine having a plurality of cylinders and connected to the automatic transmission and mounted on a vehicle and the operation of the engine is switched between full-cylinder operation during which all of the cylinders are operative and cutoff-cylinder operation during which some of the cylinders are non-operative, based on at least the load of the engine, a gradient of road on which the vehicle runs is estimated and the cutoff-cylinder operation is prohibited when the estimated gradient is equal to or greater than a threshold value. With this, it becomes possible to generate sufficient deceleration, when the vehicle runs a downhill during cutoff-cylinder operation, while ensuring to prevent the operator to feel excessive acceleration.

  • Patent number: 6039666
Abstract: A power of an input shaft driven by an engine is divided by a power dividing device and transmitted to first and second output shafts and a hydraulic pump of a hydrostatic continuously variable transmission is driven by the first output shaft, whereas a hydraulic motor is driven by the second output shaft through a mechanical transmission device and also by the hydraulic pump. A main oil pump is provided at the input shaft which rotates at the same speed as an engine speed, and a subsidiary oil pump is provided at the first output shaft which decreases rotational speed thereof to zero with an increase in the engine rotational speed. In a low rotational speed region of the engine, oil is supplied by both the main oil pump and the subsidiary oil pump, whereas in a high rotational speed region of the engine, oil is supplied by only the main oil pump.
