  • Publication number: 20060290727
Abstract: A recording apparatus performs recording with a recording head having a number of recording elements divided into blocks. The recording apparatus includes a signal generation unit to generate first enabling signals based on inclination information associated with each of the blocks of the recording elements. The first enabling signals are used to enable a data generating unit to generate recording data on a block-by-block basis. The signal generation unit further generates second enabling signals that correspond to the respective first enabling signals delayed by a time interval and enable the recording elements to be driven on a block-by-block basis.

  • Patent number: 7006201
Abstract: A photosensitive tabular member suction mechanism that can reliably suck with a simple configuration, on a stage, photosensitive tabular members of different sizes by effectively using the suction force resulting from negative pressure, and an image recording device disposed with this photosensitive tabular member suction mechanism. Cylinder members are attached inside the stage in correspondence to respective suction holes, and the piston members accommodated in the suction holes are urged upward by springs. In a state where a substrate is not placed on a placement surface of the stage, the piston members are in a closed position due to the urging force of the springs and block off the suction holes. When the substrate is placed on the placement surface, the piston members move to an open position counter to the urging force of the springs and the suction holes are opened, whereby the substrate is sucked by a suction force resulting from negative pressure.

  • Publication number: 20050271421
Abstract: In this exposure system, alignment marks on a photosensitive material are photographed with a reading unit. Prior to this photographing, a standard board, having detection marks at positions readable to the reading unit at preset intervals along the movement direction of the reading unit, is provided. At least one of the detection marks is photographed with the reading unit, which is arranged in a position to photograph the alignment marks provided on the photosensitive material. Calibration data is calculated based on data on the camera optical axis deviation obtained by this photographing. Standard position data reflects the calibration data, whereby calibration of the exposure position adjustment function of the exposure device is performed.

  • Patent number: 6897976
Abstract: Image data developed on print buffers can be read at consecutive or adjacent addresses and transferred to recording heads at high speed. An I/F DMA block transfers image data to DRAM at discrete addresses to develop the image data on DRAM. Thereafter, a head DMA block reads the image data in DRAM at addresses consecutive in a mount direction of the recording heads and transfers the read image data to the recording heads.

  • Publication number: 20030193543
Abstract: When transfer of a data frame from a host computer delays during image printing using data transferred from the host computer, a sequence controller (203) determines that generation of print data does not catch up with image printing and a time delay is generated in image printing. A data processor (201) divides a data frame (DF) transmitted immediately before generation of the time delay into overlapping data c and the remaining data a. The data processor further divides the overlapping data c into two overlapping data c1 and c2. The data c2 is extracted from the data frame (DF), held by an overlapping data holding unit (205), and added to the start of the first data frame (DI) transmitted after generation of the time delay. In this manner, when data transfer is left undone during image printing and a printing time difference is generated in image printing, part (c2) of image printing before generation of the time delay is performed after the time delay, suppressing image degradation.

Abstract: A laminated gasket is provided, which ensures desired bore sealing surface pressures on the side of a cylinder head and on the side of a cylinder block, which is excellent in sealing ability and durability preferably by virtue of its double sealing function and which has a comparatively simple structure. This gasket has a core plate and elastic plates laminated to both surfaces of the core plate. The core plate has thin-walled portions each surrounding a bore opening and a thick-walled portion extending outwardly from each thin-walled portion. The elastic plates respectively have folded-back portions each of which is formed so as to create, together with a base portion, a clearance around its associated bore opening.
