  • Patent number: 11901807
Abstract: A bypass circuit of an embodiment includes a switch that shorts-circuit between a first power conversion apparatus and a power storage apparatus. The switch is connected in parallel to a second power conversion apparatus. The first power conversion apparatus converts power generated from natural energy and outputs the converted power to a power distribution grid. The second power conversion apparatus converts surplus power that has not been converted by the first power conversion apparatus and charges the power storage apparatus with the converted power; or converts power discharged from the power storage apparatus and supplies the converted power to the first power conversion apparatus.

  • Publication number: 20100002337
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a magnetic recording apparatus includes a current modulator and a recording head. The current modulator modulates current according to codes with run-length limitation in which a run-length is limited to a predetermined number. The recording head moves relative to the surface of a magnetic recording medium where the information is recorded based on directions of magnetizations and forms the magnetizations by the modulated current. The recording head includes a coil and a magnetic core. The coil generates a magnetic field corresponding to the modulated current. The magnetic core extends inside the coil with an end facing the magnetic recording medium. The magnetic core forms the magnetizations by guiding and applying the magnetic field from the end to the magnetic recording medium. The length of the end in the direction in which the magnetizations are aligned is not less than a length of the predetermined number.

  • Patent number: 7581584
Abstract: An air conditioning seat device includes an air blower, and a dehumidifier for dehumidifying the air sent from the air blower owing to adsorption, and blows out the dehumidified air to holes provided on a skin of a seat through an air duct. In this makeup, the sweat on the body surface and in the clothes is rapidly vaporized, causing a large amount of vaporization heat loss. Accordingly, the human body feels coolness, and steaminess on the skin is suppressed owing to the sweat vaporization.

  • Patent number: 7567399
Abstract: A partial response is utilized to record information on a medium and then regenerate the information from the medium. A regenerating system undergoes equalization including subjecting a regeneration signal from the medium to the convolution of (k?s·D) (where D is one (1) bit delay operator, and k and s are positive integer). Such convolution is performed in the regenerating system so that low-frequency band noises are reduced with an improved error rate. The information is decoded from the equalized signal by use of maximum-likelihood detection.
