    Abstract: A sheet processing device for pressing a fold line formed in a sheet, the sheet processing device comprises a pressing portion configured to press a sheet while rotating about a rotation axis.     Abstract: A method for ozonizing an unsaturated fatty acid or a lower alkyl ester thereof is provided as comprising the steps of: supplying an unsaturated fatty acid or a lower alkyl ester thereof as a thin film stream, and passing a gas containing ozone in oxygen or a mixture of oxygen and air or inert gas in the same direction as the flow direction of said thin film stream, thereby achieving gas-liquid contact between the thin film stream of unsaturated fatty acid or lower alkyl ester thereof and the ozone-containing gas. Also provided is a method for oxidative decomposition of the thus ozonized product by contact with ozone-free oxygen gas or air.

    Abstract: A connector unit, which comprises an insulating housing carrying a plurality of connection pins planted therethrough and accommodating a dielectric plate formed with through-holes penetrated by the connection pins and provided on both sides with electrodes. Thus, a capacitor is connected between each connection pin and earth, so that the connector unit is capable of preventing external interference waves from being introduced through the connection pins into the electric apparatus and also preventing spurious waves generated within the electric apparatus from radiation to the outside through the connection pins.

    Abstract: A noise suppressing connector comprises a shielding casing, first and second contact pins to be connected to external circuits, and a filter including at least one capacitor and a coil wound about a core made of a ferromagnetic material. An insulative housing is enclosed by the casing, and this insulative housing has a partition defining a bore with the inner wall of the housing. The first contact pin passes through the partition to project into the bore, while the filter is disposed in the bore to be connected between the first and second contact pins. At least one conductive plate is disposed in the bore and is connected to the casing for effectively shielding the filter and for serving as a ground circuit. The space in the bore may be filled with a suitable insulative material. The number of capacitors and coils may be increased to constitute a desired filter, such as a low-pass, high-pass or band-pass filter.

    Abstract: An improved connector assembly for use with a printed wiring board is provided, composed of at least two segments which are initially separate from each other and which are assembled together with contact elements carried thereon. The contact elements are preferably produced from an initially unitary blank having an excess portion which is removed, upon completion of assemblage of the segments, from these portions of the blank which constitute the contact elements. The connector assembly is compatible with both of single-sided and double-sided printed wiring boards.
