  • Publication number: 20080087298
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for cleaning a magnetic head slider, and a method for manufacturing the same, which can achieve a magnetic head slider having high cleanness. According to one embodiment, in a rinsing process, a magnetic head slider is accommodated within a receptacle portion formed in a receptacle tray and the receptacle tray is immersed into rinsing liquid and is moved therein. As a result, the magnetic head slider receives a lifting force from the rinsing liquid which has entered the receptacle portion from through holes, so it flies over and at the same time receives water pressure from the rinsing liquid. Consequently, it is possible to effect rinsing to a satisfactory extent.

  • Patent number: 6247162
Abstract: A method and apparatus for generating external power wiring layout data for a semiconductor integrated circuit device determines an optimum layout without performing time consuming circuit simulation. An external power wiring supplies power to each of the functional blocks of the device. Design information is used to calculate a current consumption ratio for each power supply terminal of each functional block. Then, the current consumption for each power supply terminal is calculated using the calculated current consumption ratios. An external power wiring network is generated based on the calculated current consumption for each terminal. The generated external power wiring network is then analyzed and voltage and current values for each part of the network are calculated. Using the calculated voltage and current values, the wires are then optimally sized.

  • Patent number: 4697434
Abstract: An air-conditioning and hot-water supplying system has a dual function water-heating heat exchanger; a heat pump circuit circulates a heat-transmitting medium for air conditioning the interior of a housing. The heat pump circuit includes a compressor driven by a prime mover. The system also includes a hot-water circulation circuit having a tank for storing hot water and a pump for circulating water to be stored therein. The water-heating heat exchanger comprises three concentric, different length pipes including an outer pipe, a first heat transfer pipe disposed in the outer pipe, and a second heat transfer pipe disposed in the first heat transfer pipe. Hot water from the hot water circulation circuit flows between the outer and the first heat transfer pipes. Cooling water from a prime mover cooling circuit flows between the intermediate first heat transfer pipe and the innermost second heat transfer pipe. The heat-transmitting medium flows through the second heat transfer pipe.

  • Patent number: 4441331
Abstract: Present invention is to provide a heat pump type airconditioner wherein during warming, a refrigerant is successively circulated through a compressor--an indoor heat exchanger--an outdoor heater equipped with a refrigerant heating mechanism--the compressor and wherein a bypass circuit it disposed which includes a solenoid valve for the communication between the delivery side and suction side of the compressor; characterized in that a refrigerant temperature at an outlet of the refrigerant heating mechanism is sensed, that the solenoid valve is opened to bypass the refrigerant at the starting of the operation, that is, at the starting of the compressor, while the solenoid valve is closed when the refrigerant temperature has reached a predetermined temperature owing to heating and that the refrigerant heating mechanism is turned OFF after the refrigerant temperature has risen up to a predetermined temperature.
