  • Publication number: 20190080265
Abstract: A sharing system of a vehicle using a portable phone includes an on-vehicle device mounted on the vehicle, and a server. In cases that a call connection request which designates the on-vehicle device as a transmission destination is transmitted from the portable phone, the server transfers the call connection request to the on-vehicle device. The on-vehicle device enables the vehicle to travel in response to receiving the call connection request transferred by the server.

  • Patent number: 9083193
Abstract: The electric power supply system includes a stationary device and a mobile device. The mobile device includes a rotary electric machine driven by an engine, a vehicular battery which is used to move the vehicle, and an emergency battery. The stationary battery in the stationary device may be charged by either one of the rotary electric machine, the stationary battery or the emergency battery via an inter-battery power line. The amount of charge to the stationary battery is set based on an amount of necessary power WRQ which the stationary device needs, and an amount of available power WVH which the mobile device can supply. The stationary battery can be charged in an efficient manner and with a sufficient amount of electric power.

  • Patent number: 8676401
Abstract: In a vehicle door control system, when a mobile terminal accepts door lock manipulation and a vehicle door control apparatus receives a door lock signal from the mobile terminal, the vehicle door control apparatus determines that a door should be locked and, at time of door locking, transmits the amount of charge of a secondary battery at that time. Then the door is locked.

  • Patent number: 8400107
Abstract: When a user performs a short-press manipulation to A button or B button, a vehicle ID associated with either A button or B button having received the short-press manipulation is specified based on a button-vehicle correspondence table. Charge status information of a battery of a vehicle corresponding to the above associated vehicle ID is acquired from the vehicle. Thereby, the display device displays the acquired charge status information or the electric power supply is started to the battery of the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle ID.

  • Patent number: 8390246
Abstract: A communication part of a battery charge state transmission device of a charging device acquires charge state information of each external charge vehicle. A station communication part transmits the charge state information to an information management station device. The charge state information is grouped for transmission so that the number of transmissions, the amount of communication traffic and the cost of communication with the management station device, and the operation load of the management station device are reduced.

  • Patent number: 8378627
Abstract: Chargers are connectable with vehicles. An electric supply controller controls a switching circuit to connect an electric power supply line to one of the chargers. A storage unit of the electric supply controller associates information on a priority to each of the vehicles and stores the associated information therein. When the vehicles are simultaneously connected to different chargers, a control unit of the electric supply controller controls the switching circuit to connect the electric power supply line preferentially to one of the different chargers. The one of the different chargers is connected to one of the vehicles assigned with a highest priority.

  • Patent number: 8179368
Abstract: A manual operation device of the present disclosure allows a user to intuitively recognize a force pattern by providing a graphical representation of the force pattern on a display unit. The force pattern or a relationship between an operation position an operation unit of the manual operation device and a control value is visually represented as, for example, a two-dimensional line graph. In this manner, the reaction force is suitably adjusted to an operation force of the user to reduce an false operation of the manual operation device, because the user can easily controls the reaction force for achieving an improved operability.

  • Publication number: 20120007554
Abstract: A vehicular charge apparatus for externally charging an in-vehicle battery of a vehicle includes a charger. The charger includes an in-charger detection section, which detects a charge needed state of a subject vehicle prior to a charge connection of a charger connector of the charger to an in-vehicle charge inlet of the subject vehicle. In the charge needed state, an electric charge is necessary for the vehicle. When the charge needed state of the subject vehicle is determined, a charger controller of the charger begins a charge preparation operation needed in the charger while transmitting charge information that indicates that the subject vehicle is in the charge needed state via an in-charger communicator to an in-vehicle communicator. When the in-vehicle communicator receives the charge information, a charge preparation section of the subject vehicle begins a charge preparation operation necessary in the subject vehicle.

  • Patent number: 7983842
Abstract: There is a need for improving the accuracy of estimating a gain error for an angular velocity sensor. An error estimation section and a correction section are provided as well as a gyroscope that detects an angular velocity of a vehicle. The error estimation section assumes the gain error of the gyroscope to be a state quantity and finds an estimated value for the gain error using a Kalman filter. Based on the gain error found by the error estimation section, the correction section corrects a gain correction amount used for gain correction of values detected by the gyroscope. The correction section corrects the gain correction amount dedicated to right turn based on the gain error found by the error estimation section when the vehicle is assumed to turn right. The correction section corrects the gain correction amount dedicated to left turn based on the gain error found by the error estimation section when the vehicle is assumed to turn left.

  • Patent number: 7356471
Abstract: A voice recognition system has a vehicle unit, which is a communication terminal, and a voice recognition server. The voice recognition server recognizes a voice signal received from the vehicle unit. A sound characteristic of a communication channel for providing communication between the vehicle unit and the server requires to be adjusted so that the server properly recognizes the voice signal. A test pattern signal is used for adjusting the sound characteristic. The vehicle unit adjusts the sound characteristic based on the test pattern signal. Therefore, the server does not require a large database for the sound characteristic adjustment because it is performed by the vehicle unit.
