  • Patent number: 11339806
Abstract: A flow controller that changes the flow rate of air exhausted from an air cylinder in mid-stroke includes a first switching valve displaced from a first position to a second position under the effect of pilot air, and causing one port of the air cylinder to communicate with a first channel at the first position, exhausting air exhausted from the one port of the air cylinder while reducing the flow rate of the air using a first regulating valve at the second position. Since the pilot air is taken into the first switching valve from a second channel in a system different from the system of the first channel, a second regulating valve can be adjusted without being affected by the degree of opening of the first regulating valve.

  • Patent number: 10871175
Abstract: A valve body of a speed controller includes a main body that extends along a first axis and a mounting portion that projects from a side of the main body along a second axis that intersects the first axis orthogonally. A first port, a needle valve, and a check valve are disposed in the main body. The mounting portion, which is a portion to be mounted on a cylinder portion, includes a second port formed therein. A position at which the mounting portion is disposed on the side of the main body is away from the first axis in a direction of a third axis that orthogonally intersects the first axis and the second axis.

  • Patent number: 10514048
Abstract: A fluid control valve includes a supply-air passage allowing a first port and a second port to communicate with each other, an exhaust-air passage allowing the second port and a third port to communicate with each other, a first check valve provided to the supply-air passage, a second check valve provided to the exhaust-air passage, a valve element that opens and closes a passage from the second port to the third port, and a valve hole in which the valve element is housed. The exhaust-air passage is provided between the valve hole and the valve element. The valve element has a first pressure-receiving surface that causes a fluid pressure at the first port to act, and a second pressure-receiving surface that causes a fluid pressure at the second port to act.

  • Patent number: 10458560
Abstract: A pilot check valve includes: a fluid channel body; a moveable body that moves in an axial direction under effects of pilot pressure; a packing including a lip portion that is displaceable, integrally with the moveable body, between a valve close position and a valve open position; and a detector to detect position of the moveable body. The packing, in the valve close position, allows flow of an operating liquid from a first port side of the fluid channel body to a second port side and prevents the flow of the operating liquid from the second port side to the first port side, and in the valve open position, connects the first port and the second port.

  • Patent number: 9115811
Abstract: A flow control device is provided with a first body having a first port through which pressure fluid is supplied, and a second body which is installed on the first body. A valve mechanism which controls the circulation state of the pressure fluid that circulates from the first port to a second port is provided inside this first body. Furthermore, a first connecting section of the first body is inserted into and engaged with the inside of a second connecting section formed at the upper end of the second body, resulting in the first body and the second body being integrally connected together.

  • Patent number: 8882078
Abstract: A flow rate control valve, which is capable of controlling the flow rate of a fluid that flows between a pair of ports by displacing a rod, includes a valve mechanism in an axial direction. The valve mechanism includes a body having the ports and a pair of fluid passages through which fluid supplied from the ports flows. The valve mechanism includes a sub-body disposed in an interior of the body, and in which the rod is screw-engaged in an advancing and retracting manner. The valve mechanism also includes a tubular shaped seat connected to an end of the sub-body, including a seat structure to seat the rod thereon, and a hole that communicates between one of the fluid passages and another of the fluid passages.
