Publication number: 20180117815Abstract: A method for continuously manufacturing molded products by repeating a plurality of molding cycles includes, in each molding cycle, filling a resin composition into a mold, pressing the resin composition in the mold, cooling the resin composition in the mold using cooling water, and releasing the resin composition from an interior of the mold to obtain a molded product. An A-th molding cycle of the plurality of molding cycles can be a delay cycle delayed from a B-th molding cycle. When the A-th cycle is the delay cycle, the flow rate of the cooling water flowing in the mold at the cooling step is decreased in the A-th cycle as compared with the B-th cycle.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 25, 2017Publication date: May 3, 2018Inventor: Hirotaka Miyazaki

Patent number: 9802410Abstract: A method of manufacturing an ink jet print head capable of bonding the printing element substrate to the support surface with high precision in a reduced period of time is provided. For this purpose, raised flat portions are formed in the support surface of the supporting member to provide in an adhesive layer between the printing element substrate and the supporting member a portion of the thermosetting adhesive that is thinner than others. After the relative positions of the printing element substrate and the supporting member are adjusted, the thin portions of the adhesive layer are hardened. This enables the printing element substrate to be bonded to the supporting member in a relatively short period of time. As a result, if there are undulations on the support surface, the printing element substrate can be bonded to the supporting member with high precision, improving the mass productivity of the print head.Type: GrantFiled: July 24, 2012Date of Patent: October 31, 2017Assignee: Canon Kabushiki KaishaInventor: Hirotaka Miyazaki

Publication number: 20150059148Abstract: In a case where a liquid holding member is inserted into a storage section to produce a liquid storage container, the occurrence of a wrinkle or a partial separation in the liquid holding member can be suppressed. More specifically, a plurality of compressing needles are stuck into an ink holding member before insertion and moved in directions shown by arrows to compress the ink holding member. The ink holding member in a compressed state is inserted without coming into contact with a wall surface of an ink storage section. This can prevent the ink holding member from coming into contact with an inner wall of the storage container or the like during the insertion of the ink holding member into the storage container and can prevent the occurrence of a wrinkle or a partial separation in the ink holding member.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 25, 2014Publication date: March 5, 2015Inventors: Masatoshi Ohira, Hirotaka Miyazaki, Toshiaki Kaneko, Satoshi Shimazu, Hiroyuki Yamamoto
