  • Publication number: 20180335045
Abstract: A propeller fan includes: a hub having a side surface about a center axis; and a plurality of blades provided on the side surface of the hub. Each blade includes an inner peripheral portion positioned closer to a base portion of the each blade connected to the hub, and an outer peripheral portion positioned closer to an outer edge of the each blade. A ratio r/R between a radius r as a distance from the center axis to a boundary between the inner peripheral portion and the outer peripheral portion and a radius R as a distance from the center axis to the outer edge of each blade is equal to or lower than 0.4. A relational expression of V1<V2×1.3 is satisfied, where an air velocity at the outer peripheral portion is V1 and an air velocity at the inner peripheral portion is V2.

  • Publication number: 20180087784
Abstract: An axial fan includes: a cutout in a rear edge part of each of the plurality of blades, the rear edge part being opposite to a front edge part of the each of the plurality of blades in a rotational direction of the each of the plurality of blades, the cutout extending from the rear edge part toward the front edge part such that the cutout divides the rear edge part into an outer rear edge part and an inner rear edge part; a rib in a blade surface of the each of the plurality of blades, the rib extending from the hub toward an outer circumference of the each of the plurality of blades along the front edge part; and a first thickness-reduced part adjacent to an end of the rib, the end of the rib being closer to the outer circumference, the each of the plurality of blades being thinned in the first thickness-reduced part.

  • Patent number: 6755995
Abstract: A flame-retardant resin composition, which has a high flame retardancy equivalent to that of PVCs and can be separated from PVCs by a difference in specific gravity, is obtained by adding not less than 5 parts by weight and less than 50 parts by weight of a hydrated inorganic compound and not less than 1 part by weight and not more than 55 parts by weight of an auxiliary flame retardant having an action of forming a char-like thermally insulating layer on combustion and/or an action of foaming at high temperature thereby to entrap water vapor in a polyolefine resin so that the resulting flame-retardant resin composition has a specific gravity of 1.14 or less and an oxygen index of 24 or more.

  • Patent number: 5518570
Abstract: There is disclosed an apparatus and method for bonding a sheet material to an elongated base material, in which the sheet material is transferred by a transferring device towards the base material, and the sheet material is bonded by a bonding device to the base material. A static electricity generating device is attached to the bonding device for generating static electricity on the sheet material to cause the sheet material to adhere to the bonding device, so that the sheet material is prevented from falling from the bonding device prior to the bonding step. Furthermore, an apparatus and method for manufacturing a flexible flat cable, applying the above bonding apparatus and method is also disclosed. In this apparatus and method, a pair of insulating tape sheets are transferred towards electric conductors.
