  • Patent number: 11952029
Abstract: A rack includes: a casing; M pairs of supports that are provided inside the casing so as to extend in a depth direction and arrayed at regular intervals in a predetermined direction; and a lock mechanism. The rack can house all returnable containers of one or more prespecified sizes along the respective pairs of supports. The M pairs of supports are arrayed in N rows in an orthogonal direction orthogonal to the predetermined direction. The lock mechanism is configured such that moving first and second shafts that are provided for the respective rows and for the respective tiers, respectively, so as to be movable in the predetermined direction can switch between engagement and disengagement between branches of the first and second shafts and first and second holes, respectively, of the returnable containers.

  • Patent number: 11946290
Abstract: A rack includes: a casing; M (an integer not less than three) pairs of supports that are provided inside the casing so as to extend in a depth direction and arrayed at regular intervals in a predetermined direction (a height direction or a left-right direction); and a lock mechanism. The rack can house all returnable containers of one or more prespecified sizes along the respective pairs of supports. The lock mechanism includes N (an integer not less than two and meeting N<M?2N?1) shafts that are movable in the predetermined direction. Branches are provided on the shafts such that a combination of engagement and disengagement between the branches and holes provided in protrusions of the returnable container is different in each of the returnable containers housed on the respective M pairs of supports.

  • Patent number: 10518458
Abstract: A spinning die for melt-blowing has plastic passages, a hot air passage, and an opening surface, in which discharge ports and blowing ports open. Adjacent and closest two of the discharge ports are first and second proximate discharge ports. One of the blowing ports corresponding to the first proximate discharge port is a first proximate blowing port, and one of the blowing ports corresponding to the second proximate discharge port is a second proximate blowing port. The first proximate blowing port includes a guide portion that projects away from the center of the first proximate discharge port. The guide portion is formed such that, as the distance from the opening surface increases, the hot air flow guided by the guide portion flows to be separated away from the hot air flow blown onto the molten plastic discharged from the second proximate discharge port.

  • Publication number: 20020193029
Abstract: A wiping cloth made of nonwoven fabric of which water-absorbing property is superior and deteriorates less with age is provided. This wiping cloth made of nonwoven fabric is obtained using specific splittable conjugate fibers. The splittable conjugate fibers are formed by sticking a polyester polymer component A containing polyoxyalkyleneglycol of 2000 to 20000 in mass average molecular weight and a polyolefin polymer component B not compatible with said polymer component A together. Fibers A composed of the polymer component A and fibers B composed of the polymer component B are formed by exfoliating the sticking of the splittable conjugate fibers. Plasma treatment is applied to exfoliated faces of the fibers A and the fibers B. The water-absorbing property is largely improved due to synergism of polyoxyalkyleneglycol and plasma treatment applied to the exfoliated faces of the fibers A and B.
