  • Patent number: 11376933
Abstract: A sunroof panel for a vehicle includes a mounting surface at which a first roof element is mounted, a first frame including a first plate that includes a first mounting surface, the first frame including a first stepped plate that extends from a longitudinal end portion of the first plate to generate a step relative to the first plate, a second frame including a second plate that includes a second mounting surface, a joining portion joining the first frame and the second frame in a state where the first stepped plate and an end portion of the second plate overlap each other to cause the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface to be coplanar with each other, and a film attached to the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface to cover a gap formed between the first plate and the second plate.

  • Publication number: 20140110519
Abstract: A sheet winding device for vehicle includes a winding shaft, a sheet, a torsion coil spring and a soundproofing tube. The winding shaft is axially supported on a vehicle body. The torsion coil spring rotationally biases the winding shaft in a winding direction of the sheet and elastically deforms such that a meandering is increased relative to an axial direction of the torsion coil spring in response to the rotation of the winding shaft. The soundproofing tube is arranged between the winding shaft and the torsion coil spring and includes at least one slit formed by cutting out at least one part on a circumference of the soundproofing tube over an entire length of the soundproofing tube in the axial direction.

  • Publication number: 20120291970
Abstract: A roller shade apparatus for a vehicle includes a sheet being wound to cause a transparent member at an opening portion of the vehicle to be exposed, the sheet being deployed to cover the transparent member, and first and second guide rails supporting respective side portions of the sheet in the width direction to be guided in a moving direction of the sheet. The sheet includes a sheet body portion, and first and second guide members made of resin, the first and second guide members being connected to the respective side portions of the sheet and being movably attached to the first and second guide rails. The roller shade apparatus also includes a wire rod made of metal and embedded in each of the first and second guide members over an entire length of the first and second guide members in the moving direction.

  • Patent number: 4748844
Abstract: A device for measuring components of force and moment applied to a vehicle tire, which is generally used for automobile tire testing in co-operation with a multi-component load cell structure fixed to a wheel shaft together with a tire to be tested to rotate therewith for picking up the component forces and moments as electric signals. The device includes an arithmetic unit adapted for sampling the data indicative of the component forces and moments and the datum indicative of the angle of rotation at a predetermined interval and storing the same for future use after transforming into the axial components belonging to an orthogonal co-ordinate system fixed to the body of vehicle. This device has such a unique advantage that the load cell structure can be attached directly to a real vehicle without any troublesome modification or re-construction in its parts such as wheel shaft, brake drum and likes, thereby enabling real vehicle driving test.
