  • Patent number: 10694583
Abstract: An external heater operation determination system includes, in a vehicle: a first device to be heated by an attached external heater; a second device, separate from the first device, to be cooled by a refrigerant; a circulation device configured to circulate the refrigerant through a circuit; and a temperature detection device that is configured to detect a temperature of the refrigerant and disposed such that if the refrigerant is not circulating through the circuit, the temperature of the refrigerant detected by the temperature detection device in the circuit does not rise even if the external heater is operating, whereas if the refrigerant is circulating through the circuit, the detected temperature of the refrigerant changes. The external heater operation determination system includes a determination device able to determine that the external heater is not operating on a basis of a change in the temperature after the circulation of the refrigerant.

  • Patent number: 9939499
Abstract: A magnetic resonance imaging apparatus according to an embodiment includes a static magnetic field magnet, a gradient coil, a bore tube and a sealed space forming unit. The gradient coil is formed to be approximately cylindrical, arranged in a cylinder of the static magnetic field magnet, and adds a gradient magnetic field to the static magnetic field. The bore tube is formed to be approximately cylindrical and arranged in the cylinder of the gradient coil. The sealed space forming unit forms a sealed space enclosing the gradient coil between an inner circumferential side of the static magnetic field magnet and an outer circumferential side of the bore tube. At least a part of at least one of the side ends of the gradient coil does not make contact with the sealed space.

  • Publication number: 20160229344
Abstract: In a vehicle door mirror device, an inner wall of a mirror holder is supported by an inner support face of an inner support section of a support pivot, and a drive rod is displaced to pivot the mirror holder and a mirror. Note that a limiting recessed portion of the inner support section is disposed across a center axis line at the opposite side from the inner support face, and has a larger dimension about the center axis line than that of the inner support face. Input from the inner wall to the inner support section of displacement force of the drive rod toward the vehicle rear is limited by the limiting recessed portion. Thus, when the drive rod starts to be displaced toward the vehicle rear, the inner wall can be pivoted with respect to the inner support section, and the mirror can be pivoted smoothly.

  • Patent number: 8568006
Abstract: Arrangement accuracy of a transmission member with respect to an exposure hole is increased. In a door mirror device for a vehicle, a turn lamp is assembled to a bracket, a visor rim, and a visor cover, and an exposure portion of a lamp lens of the turn lamp is exposed by an exposure hole of a lower visor cover. As an anchor plate of the lower visor cover is inserted into an anchoring hole of the lamp lens and a fitting column of the lamp lens is inserted into a fitting hole of the lower visor cover, the lamp lens is positioned in the lower visor cover. Therefore, the accuracy precision of the exposure portion with respect to the exposure hole can be increased, thereby enhancing the appearance of a gap between the exposure portion and the periphery of the exposure hole.
