  • Patent number: 10829090
Abstract: A wiper control circuit stops the supply of power for rotating a wiper motor in a case in which a wiper blade is stopped before a storage position. In a case in which the amount of change in a rotational angle of an output shaft before and after stopping the supply of power for rotating the wiper motor, which is detected by a rotational angle sensor, has reached a predetermined range, the wiper control circuit performs self-locking to prevent the rotation of the output shaft in a state after the supply of power is stopped.

  • Patent number: 10723320
Abstract: A wiper blade which starts an operation from a reversal position different from a lower reversal position and an upper reversal position with one of the lower reversal position and the upper reversal position as a next movement destination, a wiper control circuit generates a second correction target speed table by correcting the upper/lower reversal position target speed table defining a target rotational speed of an output shaft according to a change in a rotational angle of the output shaft of the wiper motor in a case in which a wiper blade is moved between a lower reversal position and an upper reversal position, based on the different reversal position and the position of the next movement destination of the wiper blade, and controls the rotational speed of the output shaft based on the second correction target speed table.

  • Patent number: 10336300
Abstract: Turning angles of an output shaft of a wiper motor are detected by a turning angle sensor. In a case in which a wiper switch is switched off, a wiper control circuit performs control to stop a wiper blade at a stowed position, which is a stop reference position, on the basis of a position of the wiper blade calculated from a detected turning angle. If the wiper blade stops at a position that is different from the stop reference position, the wiper control circuit sets this stop position as a new stop reference position. In a case in which the wiper switch is subsequently switched on again, the wiper control circuit performs control to move the wiper blade from the new stop reference position.
