The first terminal and the second terminal are electrically connected to the light emitting element. Each of the first terminal and the second terminal has a substantially spherical shape. The light reflecting member is to hold the light emitting element, the first terminal, and the second terminal. The light emission surface of the light emitting element is exposed from the light reflecting member. A portion of the first terminal and a portion of the second terminal are exposed from the light reflecting member so that each of the portion and the portion has a substantially circular shape.
