Patent number: 10918977Abstract: The present disclosure is directed toward a suction nozzle operable to remove solid contaminants from a fluid without causing a substantial increase in fluid resistance. The suction nozzle has a vertical flow path, a contaminant precipitation recess opened upward under the vertical flow path, and a lateral flow path extending laterally from the vertical flow path at a position above the contaminant precipitation recess. The fluid sucked from a suction opening in the lower surface is led to the vertical flow path through the lateral flow path and flows upward through the vertical flow path to reach a connection port. With fluid flowing through the vertical flow path, solid contaminants contained in the fluid settle down by gravity and precipitate in the contaminant precipitation recess and are separated and removed from the fluid.Type: GrantFiled: April 18, 2018Date of Patent: February 16, 2021Assignee: NITTO KOHKI CO., LTD.Inventors: Hiroto Sakurai, Hiroshi Nishitsuji

Patent number: 8255575Abstract: As apparatuses which construct a ring network, a structure including a monitoring apparatus and other relay apparatuses is employed. The monitoring apparatus monitors only a ring status of such a ring network to which the own monitoring apparatus belongs. The monitoring apparatus periodically transmits health check frames from ring ports thereof respectively so as to monitor whether or not the transmitted health check frame has been received by the ring port located opposite thereto. Also, in a structure of a multi-ring network having a shared link, auxiliary health check frames are periodically transmitted from two sets of shared apparatuses respectively with respect to a monitoring apparatus of a shared link non-monitored ring network. The monitoring apparatus also monitors the auxiliary health check frames in combination with the health check frames in order to avoid an occurrence of a loop which bridges a plurality of ring networks.Type: GrantFiled: August 3, 2007Date of Patent: August 28, 2012Assignee: ALAXALA Networks CorporationInventor: Hiroto Sakurai

Publication number: 20090269223Abstract: A high-efficiency magnetic reciprocating fluid device is provided. Magnetic pole members 10 and 12 having respective induction coils 16 and 18 fitted thereon are opposed to each other at the opposite sides of a magnetic armature 56 connected to one end of a piston that reciprocates in a cylinder. The magnetic armature 56 has an outer peripheral surface comprising arcuate side surfaces 56a designed to face mutually opposing surfaces 10a and 12a of the magnetic pole members 10 and 12 and plane surfaces 56b extending between the side surfaces 56a. Provision of the plane surfaces 56b makes it possible to increase the spacing between the side surfaces 56a, which face the magnetic pole members, without increasing the weight of the armature in comparison to a circular columnar magnetic armature and hence possible to increase the spacing between the magnetic pole members. Accordingly, induction coils reduced in copper loss by increasing the amount of copper used therefor can be fitted onto the magnetic pole members.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 24, 2006Publication date: October 29, 2009Inventors: Hiroto Sakurai, Haruki Nakao

Publication number: 20090109841Abstract: Interconnection devices and interconnect a network running a redundancy protocol and another network running a redundancy protocol. The interconnection devices controls the redundancy protocol of a lower level network via virtual ports and by a virtual link, to redundancy-connect the lower level network to a higher level network. When a communication route of the lower level network is changed, MAC address learning results of the higher level network are cleared to perform switching of communication routes at high speed.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 24, 2008Publication date: April 30, 2009Inventors: Shinji Nozaki, Hiroto Sakurai
