  • Publication number: 20150373772
Abstract: A handover failure detection device (121) detects at least one of handover failure types regarding outgoing handover from a first cell (131) managed by a first base station (111) by observing: (a) presence/absence of reception by the first base station (111) of an acknowledgment response to a handover command regarding first handover of a mobile terminal (101) from the first cell (131) to a second cell (132) managed by a second base station (112); and (b) presence/absence of a request for connection re-establishment from the mobile terminal (101) to the first cell (131), the request occurring after initiation of the first handover. As a result, it contributes to improvement of handover failure detection or reduction of handover failure in a situation where exchange of information between base stations is restricted.

  • Patent number: 9055538
Abstract: Transmission power of each base station of a secondary system is determined in such away that a transmission capacity of the secondary system is increased as much as possible while interference with a first radio system (primary system) is suppressed by properly controlling the transmission power of a plurality of second transmission stations. A second transmission station transmission power determination means is provided, which determines the transmission power used in each of the second transmission stations based on a first condition that satisfies an allowable value in relation to a system interference amount as an interference amount given to a first reception station as a predetermined reception station of the first radio system by all of the plurality of second transmission stations as transmission stations of a second radio system using a frequency band allocated to the first radio system or a frequency band allowed to be preferentially used.

  • Publication number: 20150136729
Abstract: A vibration layer is formed by the AD method on a cavity plate before forming pressure chambers, a common electrode is formed on the vibration layer, and a piezoelectric layer is formed on the common electrode by the AD method. Subsequently, the pressure chambers are formed in the cavity plate by the etching. After that, individual electrodes are formed on the piezoelectric layer. Subsequently, the stack of the cavity plate, the vibration layer, the common electrode, the piezoelectric layer, and the individual electrodes is heated at about 850° C. to simultaneously perform the annealing of the piezoelectric layer and the sintering of the individual electrodes and the common electrode. Accordingly, the atoms of the cavity plate are suppressed from being diffused into the driving portions of the piezoelectric layer.
