  • Patent number: 11547308
Abstract: A blood pressure monitor of the present invention includes a cuff to be wrapped around a measurement site. The blood pressure monitor includes a unit including, as elements for blood pressure measurement, a pump, a valve, a pressure sensor, and an inner pipe connecting the pump, valve, and pressure sensor such that fluid can pass therethrough. The blood pressure monitor includes a connecting pipe connecting the cuff and the inner pipe in the unit such that fluid can pass therethrough. The blood pressure monitor includes a self failure diagnosis unit configured to determine whether or not there is a failure in a fluid system including the pump, the valve, the pressure sensor, the inner pipe, the connecting pipe, and the cuff, in a state in which the cuff is empty-wrapped into a cylindrical shape and the capacity of the cuff is restricted.

  • Publication number: 20140050541
Abstract: Providing an end mill for reducing the use of the cutting fluid to prevent the environmental pollution. Because the end mill 1 includes the openings 5a which open along spiral grooves 4, and the openings 5a communicate with the aperture on the rear end surface of the shank 2 via the intake path 5, the chips generated in the cutting are aspirated forcibly from the openings 5a when air intake is performed via the intake path 5, and the aspirated chips can be discharged from the aperture on the rear end surface of the shank 2. As a result, because the use of cutting fluid for discharging the chips can be reduced (or unnecessary) in comparison with conventional products, environmental pollution can be prevented.

  • Patent number: 8430608
Abstract: A drill is capable of forcibly aspirating and discharging chips to prevent environmental contamination as well as to simplify cleaning the chips. The drill has an intake hole and an opening formed therein so that the aspiration takes place through the intake hole and the chips generated in the cutting process can forcibly be aspirated from the opening. Because the chips can be discharged without using cutting fluid, the drill is useful for preventing environmental contamination. Moreover, as the chips are forcibly aspirated from the opening and discharged through the intake hole, the chips are not scattered around a workpiece under the cutting process and cleaning the chips can become simple and easy.

  • Tap
    Patent number: 8147343
Abstract: A tap is designed so that the pollution of the environment can be prevented and the cleaning can be simplified. The tap includes an intake hole having openings at a screw portion of the tap. Air intake is performed through the intake hole, so that the chips generated by the screw portion in the cutting can be aspirated from the openings forcibly. Because the chips can be discharged without using cutting fluids, pollution of the environment can be prevented. Because the chips can be aspirated from the openings and discharged from the intake hole of the tap, the chips are not scattered on the work piece, and thus a cleaning process of the work piece can be simplified.

  • Publication number: 20110220289
Abstract: A member for a plasma treatment apparatus is provided, which has excellent anti-sticking properties, is suitable, for example, as a lower electrode in CVD apparatuses, has a stable shape as the lower electrode, and can suppress abnormal discharge during plasma treatment. The member for a plasma treatment apparatus comprises a base material formed of an aluminum alloy having a smoothly machined surface and a treated anodic oxide coating provided on the surface of the base material and formed by hydrating an anodic oxide coating formed on the surface of the base material to form microcracks therein. The anodic oxide coating has a leak current density of more than 0.9×10?5 A/cm2 at an applied voltage of 100 V, a thickness of not less than 3 ?m, an arithmetic average surface roughness of less than 1 ?m, and a dissolution rate of less than 100 mg/dm2/15 min in a phosphoric and chromic acid immersion test. The flatness of the surface on which the anodic oxide coating has been formed is not more than 50 ?m.

Abstract: An end mill is designed to reduce an amount of cutting fluids to prevent the environmental pollution. Because the end mill includes openings which open along spiral grooves, and the openings communicate with an aperture on the rear end surface of a shank via an intake path, chips generated through the cutting process are aspirated forcibly from the openings when air intake is performed via the intake path, and the aspirated chips can be discharged from the aperture on the rear end surface of the shank. As a result, because the usage of the cutting fluids for discharging the chips can be reduced or minimized in comparison with the conventional technologies, environmental pollution can be prevented.

  • Tap
    Publication number: 20090291767
Abstract: A tap is designed in such a way that chips are aspirated and discharged forcibly so that the pollution of the environment can be prevented and the cleaning can be simplified. The tap includes an intake hole, and the intake hole includes openings. Accordingly, air intake is performed through the intake hole, so that the chips generated in the cutting can be aspirated from the openings forcibly. Therefore, because the chips can be discharged without using cutting fluids, pollution of the environment can be prevented. Further, because the chips can be aspirated from the openings, and the chips aspirated from the openings can be discharged from the intake hole of the tap, the chips are not scattered on the work piece, and thus a cleaning process of the work piece can be simplified.

The drill has an intake hole and an opening formed therein so that the aspiration takes place through the intake hole and the chips generated in the cutting process can forcibly be aspirated up from the opening. Because the chips can be discharged without the use of the cutting fluid, the drill is useful for preventing environmental contamination. Moreover, as the chips are forcibly aspirated up from the opening and discharged through the intake hole, the chips are not scattered around a workpiece to be done and cleaning the chips can become simple and easy.

  • Patent number: 6217267
Abstract: A cold forming tap with an internal finish cutting edge includes an external thread portion having radially outwardly protruding portions and relief portions which are alternately located in a helical direction in which an external thread extends. The protruding portions are forced into a surface of a prepared hole which has been previously formed through a workpiece, for thereby forming an internal thread on the surface. The improvement comprises: at least one of the protruding portions having a root diameter larger than that of the other of the protruding portions, the at least one of the protruding portions being removed down to a root of the external thread, and a flute being formed in a portion corresponding to the root of the at least one of the protruding portions, so as to provide the cutting edge in the portion corresponding to the root.
