The allocation process includes: determining whether a condition is met; allocating a berth to the first delivery person when it is determined that the condition is not met; determining whether to execute re-allocation when it is determined that the condition is met; and canceling allocation of a berth to a second delivery person and allocating the berth to the first delivery person when it is determined to execute re-allocation. The information processing device repeatedly executes the allocation process while changing a first berth until a berth is allocated to the first delivery person.
