  • Publication number: 20240150505
Abstract: A method for producing a polytetrafluoroethylene powder, which includes subjecting tetrafluoroethylene to suspension polymerization in an aqueous medium to prepare a suspension-polymerized particle of non melt-processible polytetrafluoroethylene, drying the suspension-polymerized particle to prepare a dry particle, subjecting the dry particle to fluorine radical treatment to prepare a fluorine radical-treated particle, and crushing the fluorine radical-treated particle to produce a polytetrafluoroethylene powder. Also disclosed is a polytetrafluoroethylene formed article obtained by forming the polytetrafluoroethylene powder, as well as a polytetrafluoroethylene compression-molded article obtained by compression molding the polytetrafluoroethylene powder.

  • Patent number: 11952441
Abstract: A method for producing polytetrafluoroethylene, which includes polymerizing tetrafluoroethylene in an aqueous medium in the presence of a nucleating agent and a hydrocarbon anionic surfactant to obtain polytetrafluoroethylene. A total amount of the nucleating agent and the hydrocarbon anionic surfactant at the initiation of polymerization is more than 50 ppm based on the aqueous medium.

  • Publication number: 20050278205
Abstract: On websites devoted to help-/positions-wanted information, highly matching help-wanted information is made available to job-seekers. Sites devoted to positions-/help-wanted information are set up on a network, and on the one side, hiring businesses provide help-wanted information and solicited information through the specialty site, and on the other side, through the specialty sites or various other sites, job-seekers/certification candidates input résumés and solicited information. The parties on both sides input a number of rankings on items they wish to prioritize among the solicited information, and a control system automatically matches and digitizes these input information items, i.e., the hiring businesses' recruiting information with the job-seekers'/certification candidates' solicited information. The digitized values equal to or greater than a fixed value are displayed per hiring businesses' recruiting information.

  • Publication number: 20050278300
Abstract: Specialized system exploiting a network by employing an aggregate system to facilitate the provision of positions—/help-wanted and related information. Specialized system includes a plurality of nonspecific sites linked via a network, and a server, connected to the network, for hosting a dedicated site devoted to positions-wanted and help-wanted information. The server reposits dedicated-site interfaces, databases, and control systems. The interfaces carry positions-wanted and help-wanted information, and are open to the network and browsable by stationary and mobile communications devices. Via the databases the control systems constantly update the positions—/help-wanted and other relevant information on, and provide such information to, the interfaces.

  • Publication number: 20050261956
Abstract: System enabling evaluation of anonymous information when positions/help wanted information is made anonymously. Specialty sites devoted to positions/help wanted information are established on the Internet, and a system is developed for providing similar information on other sites. Recruiting companies enter recruiting information into the specialty sites, and provide the information on other sites. Responses/interviews, etc. are conducted by job seekers/certification candidates anonymously entering positions-wanted/response information at the specialty site and other sites. On the specialty site, logs of responses, interviews, etc., completed by anonymous job seekers/certification candidates and notices sent by recruiting companies are automatically tallied and displayed, and similar information is provided on the other sites.

  • Publication number: 20020138968
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a rotor core member provided with concave angular portions for fixing permanent magnets at both sides of the inside faces of pole piece fingers by means of only a forging technique only includes the steps of forming a segment of a material having a predetermined volume into a preliminary core blank, which includes a plurality of pole piece fingers, having an angle of 70° relative to the plane extended from the bottom face of the integral disc section, removing the forging burr produced around the periphery of the integral disc section and at the both sides of the pole piece fingers of the preliminary core blank by means of die-cutting, then, die-cutting using the punch on the upper die or cope to form a shaft aperture in the central boss section of the preliminary core blank, at the same time, while drawing the pole piece fingers by means of drawing processing using the die face of the upper die or cope for forming out side surface, bending the same until the angle relative to th
