    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a battery pack of the present disclosure stacks a plurality of battery cells such that one surfaces face the same direction and compresses the battery cells from both sides, inserts the compressed battery cells into the case such that the one surfaces are positioned on an open end side of the case, disposes a plurality of bus bars on the one surfaces of the battery cells so as to overlap the corresponding terminal, moves a pressurizing jig so as to press the bus bars toward a bottom surface of the case from a pressurization start position corresponding to a height position of the terminal of the battery cell farthest from the bottom surface, and bonds each of the plurality of bus bars to the corresponding terminal.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method for coupling a plurality of detachable components from a transmitter unit used to control radio controlled (RC) models. Specifically, a steering unit and a grip unit may be coupled and decoupled from the main upper body unit comprising the transmitter. When coupling the steering unit to the upper body, guide projections on the steering unit are inserted into a corresponding number of groove guides defined within the upper body unit. A shutter stopper locks the guide grooves and prevents the guide projections from moving. The grip unit is similarly coupled to the upper body unit by means of a locking claw which maintains the grip unit in a fixed position until a release button is actuated by a user. The transmitter unit comprises the ability of providing for a number of different operational configurations, thus accommodating the needs and preferences of each user.

    Abstract: This invention provides an electronic switch for model cars to prevent incapability of the remote operation of the model cars.Keeping the manual switch 10 for a given period at ON state, a receiver 4 and a battery 5 are connected, and after a provisional OFF state of a manual switch 10, it is reset in ON state for a given period, to disconnect an electrical connection between the receiver 4 and the battery 5. For this sake, even if the manual switch 10 is abruptly changed over to OFF state upon abut to an obstacle during a run of the model car, the electrical connection between the receiver 4 and the battery 5 is not disconnected, as far as a given period continuation of the OFF state of the manual switch. With a use of the switching circuit 13, ON/OFF change over is provided without using a mechanical contact, which provides no anxiety of the disconnect of contact caused by the vibration.
