    Abstract: The manufacturing method of a motor core includes attaching an ID code to a stack of blanked members in which a magnet insertion hole to fill with a resin material is formed, the ID code containing information in accordance with a type of the stack, reading the information from the ID code which is attached to the stack, and setting a mold condition based on the information read from the ID code. The mold condition includes at least one type of condition including: the resin material to be injected to the magnet insertion hole, an injection amount of the resin material, and a discharge position of the resin material. A mold device is controlled to inject the resin material to the magnet insertion hole in accordance with the mold condition.

Injecting a resin into a through hole formed through the laminated iron core body held by the die unit in the lamination direction of the plurality of iron core pieces from the lower die through the conveyance jig or from the upper die.

    Abstract: A laminated rotor core (36) wherein permanent magnets (47) are inserted in respective magnet insertion holes (46) is disposed between and pressed by an upper die (37) and a lower die (29). The upper die (37) has resin reservoir pots (50) provided above the laminated rotor core (36) and at positions corresponding to the respective magnet insertion holes (46). Raw resin material put in the resin reservoir pots (50) is heated by the upper die (37). Subsequently, the resin material in a liquefied state is ejected from the resin reservoir pots (50) by plungers (52) that are inserted and moves vertically in the resin reservoir pots (50) and is directly filled in the magnet insertion holes (46). Consequently, the respective magnet insertion holes (46) are filled with the resin material more evenly and highly reliable products can be supplied at low cost.

With this, a gap between the resin reservoir pot 24 and the resin injection mold 20 due to a difference in thermal expansion is less easily produced.

The cull plate has a groove shaped runner directed toward the magnet-insert hole from a resin reservoir and provided with a gate hole communicating with the magnet-insert hole, and a through hole which vertically passes through the cull plate is formed in the runner of the cull plate at a different position from a position of the gate hole. After the magnet-insert hole is filled with the mold resin a resin residue remaining in the cull plate is pushed off and removed from the gate hole and the through hole.
