The optical multilayer film has, in total, six layers in which a first layer is closest to the base, and a layer formed of zirconium dioxide and a layer formed of silicon dioxide are alternately layered such that the first layer is the layer formed of zirconium dioxide. A physical film thickness of a fourth layer formed of silicon dioxide is greater than or equal to 10 nm and not greater than 22 nm.
