The second member includes a second protrusion protruding on the trajectory of the first protrusion, and is rotatable together with the first member with the first protrusion being abutting the second protrusion. The stoppers are provided at respective positions capable of abutting on the trajectory of the second protrusion only when the second member is rotated by the first member.
