  • Publication number: 20230154689
Abstract: A solid electrolytic capacitor with reduced leakage current is provided. An anode foil dielectric oxide film is formed, a lead terminal which is connected to the anode foil, a capacitor element including the anode foil, is formed in the capacitor element, and a solid electrolyte containing a conductive polymer, and a coating layer for elasticating a conductive polymer forming solution between the anode foil and the lead terminal by forming a solid electrolytic capacitor. Preferably, the coating layer is a solid-state electrolytic capacitor formed at least in the opposite portion of the external leading terminals to the anodal foil.

  • Patent number: 8717740
Abstract: An electrolytic capacitor in which a capacitor element can be fixed firmly into a metal case without having adverse effects on the electrical characteristics of the electrolytic capacitor. An anode foil provided with an anode internal terminal and a cathode foil provided with a cathode internal terminal are wound or laminated through a separator to produce a capacitor element. The capacitor element is then contained in a metal case together with a driving electrolyte, and then the side surface of the metal case is caulked to press and fix the capacitor element, thus producing an electrolytic capacitor. The electrolytic capacitor is characterized in that a tape material is wound by a plurality of turns around the outer circumference of the capacitor element between the capacitor element and the caulking of the metal case such that a total thickness of the tape material is so large as to relax deformation of the capacitor element when the side surface of the metal case is caulked.

  • Publication number: 20130027846
Abstract: The present invention provides an electrolytic capacitor which is increased in vibration resistance by making it possible to fix the capacitor element strongly in the outer case, without adversely affecting electrical characteristics of the capacitor element. In an electrolytic capacitor in which a capacitor element obtained by winding electrode foils with a separator therebetween and winding a winding stop tape on an outer circumferential surface thereof to stop the winding is inserted in an outer case and the outer case is sealed with a sealing member, a width of the winding stop tape is greater than or equal to a width of the electrode foils, and the capacitor element is press-fixed by an internal bottom surface of the outer case and the sealing member.
