  • Patent number: 11063908
Abstract: This on-vehicle communication device includes: a storage unit configured to store correspondence information indicating a correspondence relationship between an address and a port number; and a communication unit configured to perform, by using the correspondence information, filtering of a packet having been received. A target port number which is a port number of a target instrument is registered in advance in the correspondence information. In the filtering, the communication unit selectively allows a packet that includes the target port number, to pass. The communication unit performs an address registration process of acquiring an address from the packet that includes the target port number and registering, into the correspondence information, the acquired address in association with the target port number. In the filtering after the address registration process, the communication unit selectively allows a packet that includes the target port number and the corresponding address, to pass.

  • Patent number: 10377257
Abstract: A vehicle-mounted charging device (12) includes a vehicle-mounted battery (18), a vehicle-mounted electronic control unit (30) and a modem startup control unit. The vehicle-mounted battery is charged with power supplied from external charging equipment via a charging cable (16). The vehicle-mounted electronic control unit is configured to perform charging communication, relating to charging of the vehicle-mounted battery, with the external charging equipment using an in-band modem (32). The modem startup control unit starts up the in-band modem when the vehicle-mounted electronic control unit performs the charging communication, and that stops a startup of the in-band modem when the vehicle-mounted electronic control unit does not perform the charging communication.

  • Patent number: 10243760
Abstract: A communication device performs information communication through a communication line based on communication data specified by a CAN protocol. A communication necessity determination unit determines whether or not the information communication through the communication line is necessary based on external information obtained from an external device. When the information communication is necessary and a communication error is detected, a communication control unit stops the information communication during a fixed period and restarts the information communication after the fixed period elapses. When the information communication is unnecessary, the communication control unit stops transmitting communication data until a predetermined transmission restarting condition is satisfied.

  • Patent number: 10001098
Abstract: A fuel pump includes a holed disk-shaped plate and a coil spring to press the plate toward a lifter. The plate has an inner circumferential surface to be engaged with a groove in a projection-side end portion of a plunger. Also, a joint port that connects the inner peripheral surface of the plate to an outer peripheral surface thereof is provided in the plate. The coil spring is located between the plate and a pump body. The plate is assembled in the fuel pump to dispose the joint port at a position in an opposite direction to the direction of a side force to be generated during compression of the coil spring when viewed from a central axis of the coil spring.
