  • Publication number: 20240127948
Abstract: The present technology relates to a patient monitoring system capable of appropriately monitoring a condition of a patient. A patient monitoring system of the present technology includes: an estimation unit that inputs vital information indicating a vital sign of a patient and video analysis information obtained by analyzing a video showing the patient to a first learning model to estimate a state of the patient; and a monitoring unit that monitors a state of the patient on the basis of an estimation result by the estimation unit. The present technology can be applied to, for example, a monitoring system provided in an ICU.

  • Patent number: 9206003
Abstract: A media processing device executes a retard preparation operation that moves a separation roller and a paper return lever at a desired time even when the moving mechanism that moves a separation roller and a paper return lever together, and the conveyance mechanism that conveys the medium, share a common drive source. A printer has a moving mechanism that executes a retard preparation operation that moves the paper return lever and separation roller in conjunction with each other. Drive power from the conveyance motor is transferred to the moving mechanism. The printer also has a trigger lever that can move between an interference position physically interfering with the moving mechanism and preventing the retard preparation operation from starting, and an actuator that moves the trigger lever from the interference position to a non-interference position.

  • Patent number: 9174463
Abstract: A control method of a serial printer enables easily removing the printing paper when a paper jam occurs, and can prevent or suppress damage to the printhead when removing the printing paper. A serial printer 1 conveys printing paper P by a conveyance mechanism 22 including a second paper feed roller pair 31 located upstream from the print position A in the first conveyance direction M1. If a paper jam of the printing paper P is detected when the printhead 12 is at a position opposite the horizontal conveyance path portion 13c of the paper conveyance path 13, conveyance of the printing paper P first stops, and the printhead 12 is then moved on the vertical axis Z away from the horizontal conveyance path portion 13c. Next, the printhead 12 is moved on the transverse axis X to a away position 12AW outside the horizontal conveyance path portion 13c, and nipping of the printing paper P by the second paper feed roller pair 31 is then released.

  • Publication number: 20030074448
Abstract: A request for transition from a process controlled by HTTP protocol to a special process controlled by a protocol different from the HTTP protocol is made by a URL as command transfer means. When the URL is input via an information terminal to a server, a client agent is started on the information terminal side, and an agent service section is started on the sever side. The client agent and the agent service section carry out the special process, such as an authentication process, while bi-directionally transmitting and receiving data to and from each other. A service manager controls the special process such that transition to another process, such as a channel-switching process, is inhibited during execution of the authentication process by the client agent and the agent service section.
