    Abstract: An improved rotary encoder where trackability and durability is an improved and a wider installation field is no longer necessary. Particularly, a rotary encoder and a rotary driver are separated. In the rotary encoder, a rotor is provided and its circumference is provided with a reflection surface and other surface resulting in reflectivity difference. Concave and convex parts are formed at the circumference of rotor and the upper surface of convex part providing the reflecting surface. A light emitting part and the light receiving part are arranged closely so that their end surfaces placed in contact through a flat contact surface, and thereby a sufficient output voltage can be obtained as compared with the other end surface structure. Moreover, the light emitting part and light receiving part are arranged adjacent circumference of the, and rotor, and adequate space is formed between the rotor and holding means for assuring free rotation under the no contact condition.

When no pressure is applied, openings are formed between the convex parts of the conductive porous material and the conductive layer through the elastic insulator, whereby the pressure-sensitive element is in its nonconductive state. When a pressure is applied, the elastic insulator is deformed to bring the convex part of the conductive porous material into contact with the conductive layer, whereby the pressure-sensitive element is brought into its conductive state.

    Abstract: In a push-button tuner including a tuning slide member which has a positioning portion in one side edge and which is slidable in a predetermined direction, a lock member which is movable in a direction orthogonal to the sliding direction of the tuning slide member and which is provided with cam member grasping means, and a cam member which is turnably supported by the lock member. The cam member comes into engagement with the positioning portion of the tuning slide member and has its position in its turning direction fixed by the cam member grasping means. The positioning portion of the tuning slide member is provided with an elastic piece. When the lock member has been thrust to the tuning slide member, the cam member comes into pressed contact with the elastic piece, and the elastic piece retreats. Thus, the abutting force between the tuning slide member and the cam member is lightened.
