    Abstract: A Japanese rigid paper, including recycled paper, fan is formed by blanking and stamping at one time. Stamping lines in radial are on the body. A grip including the bottom of the body is held from both sides by a reinforcing attachment cut from a double face corrugated sheet. A direction of the grooves of the one side and the direction of the grooves of the other side are symmetric. The corrugated sheet which has 93±5 flutes per 30 cm in length and the height of the flute is 1.1-1.6 mm.
