  • Publication number: 20070141528
Abstract: A contact cap is attached to a top cover of a camera of a dental tooth measuring apparatus, and when shooting, positioning of the tooth to be measured is performed with a bite section being slightly bitten by both of adjacent teeth sandwiching the tooth to be measured, and with keeping a state where the inside of the adjacent teeth is in contact with a camera side surface of a positioning convex section. Positioning of the tooth to be measured and the adjacent teeth with variation among individuals with respect to the camera can be performed more precisely.

  • Publication number: 20070126038
Abstract: In a semiconductor device, a metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) is formed in a semiconductor substrate, and an isolation layer is formed on the semiconductor substrate so as to extend along a side of the semiconductor substrate. A first conductive layer is formed on the isolation layer along the side of the semiconductor substrate so as to be electrically connected to a gate of the MOSFET. A second conductive layer is formed on the isolation layer along the side of the semiconductor substrate so as to be electrically connected to a drain of the MOSFET. A protection circuit is made of at least two diodes which are defined between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer.

  • Patent number: 7172045
Abstract: A motortricycle with oscillation mechanism including left and right suspension arms respectively swingably mounted onto a vehicle body frame, rear wheels mounted respectively onto the outer portions of the left and right suspension arms. An oscillation mechanism permitting leftward and rightward oscillation of the vehicle body frame relative to the side of the suspension arms is provided between the suspension arms and the vehicle body frame, and an engine for driving the left and right rear wheels is mounted onto the vehicle body frame. Since the engine of the motortricycle is mounted on the vehicle body frame rather than on the suspension arms, weight on the suspension arms can be largely reduced, and the riding comfort can be further enhanced.

  • Patent number: 7063179
Abstract: A tricycle with independently-suspended rear wheels and having a rocking mechanism and a single shock absorber used to effect the damping action of both the left and the right suspension arms connected to the rear wheels. The left and right suspension arms are connected by a shock absorber and arcuate links and bell cranks provided at the opposite ends of the shock absorber. In response to upward and downward movement of the left and right suspension arms, the single shock absorber can be expanded and contracted to effect damping action of the left and right suspension arms. Accordingly, weight and cost can be reduced when compared with a conventional tricycle having two shock absorbers, one provided for each of the left and right suspension arms.

  • Patent number: 6807003
Abstract: An optical sheet to be used as a screen on which an image is projected from an image projector is provided. The optical sheet is produced by joining a plurality of optical sheet members with end surfaces thereof meeting each other as joint surfaces. The optical sheet members are realized with lenticular lens sheets. Each lenticular lens sheet has lenses, which are elongated in a second direction, juxtaposed in a first direction orthogonal to the second direction. The optical properties of the optical sheet members that are slightly undulated vary cyclically in the first direction. And the optical sheet members to be joined are a selected pair of optical sheet members whose undulations are substantially identical to each other or symmetrical to each other with respect to the joint surfaces.
