  • Publication number: 20230209875
Abstract: A light-emitting apparatus includes a plurality of organic electroluminescent sections, a light extraction surface, and a laminate section. The second reflective layer includes, from the organic light-emitting layer side, a first metal layer, a transparent layer, and a second metal layer thinner than the first metal layer, in this order, and, in each of the organic electroluminescent sections, an interference structure is formed according to a structure that includes a reflection interface A on the organic light-emitting layer side of the first reflective layer, a reflection interface B on the organic light-emitting layer side of the first metal layer, a reflection interface C on the light extraction surface side of the first metal layer, a reflection interface D on the organic light-emitting layer side of the second metal layer, and one or more reflection interfaces E formed according to differences in refractive indexes within the laminate section.

  • Patent number: 9773848
Abstract: An organic EL display panel including: a substrate; banks linearly extending along one direction above the substrate; pixel electrodes spaced away from one another along the one direction, in each of first and second spaces among spaces defined by the banks; a light-emitting layer covering each pixel electrode in each of the first and second spaces; and a sub-bank crossing the one direction at least in the first space, and when defining each light-emitting layer portion covering a pixel electrode as a light-emitting portion and defining each area between light-emitting portions adjacent in the one direction as a non-light-emitting portion, a positive integer N exists for which the following holds true: among Nth non-light-emitting portions counting from one side along the one direction, the Nth non-light-emitting portion in the first space has the sub-bank and the Nth non-light-emitting portion in the second space does not have the sub-bank.

  • Publication number: 20140083458
Abstract: Provided is a stripping solution recycling system using a photoresist stripping solution that strips a photoresist without damaging a Cu film or reducing the adhesiveness to a layer deposited on the Cu film, when a Cu film or Cu alloy film on a large-area substrate is wet-etched to make wiring or the like. The stripping solution recycling system has a resist stripping device for repeatedly using a stripping solution; a distillation and regeneration device for distilling the stripping solution in the waste tank; a component analyzer for investigating the composition ratio of the main agent and the polar solvent in the separated liquid; a preparation device for preparing the mixed solution; and a supply tank for storing the mixed solution.
