  • Publication number: 20140004225
Abstract: The present invention addresses the problem of obtaining a very low common salt soy sauce which contains flavor component favorable for a soy sauce at high concentrations and has a common salt concentration of 1.0 to 4.0% (w/v) and an ethanol concentration of 8.0 to 20% (v/v) without using any special means. According to the present invention, in a method for producing a soy sauce, a carbohydrate raw material and water or an aqueous common salt solution are added to a first moromi, in which the viable soy sauce yeast cell count per 1 g of moromi is 1×107 cells or more, followed by fermentation to prepare a second moromi having a common salt concentration of 4.0 to 12.0% (w/v) and an ethanol concentration of 4.0 to 12.0% (v/v), and then, a carbohydrate raw material and water or an aqueous common salt solution are added thereto to prepare a third moromi, in which the viable yeast cell count per 1 g of moromi is 2×106 cells or more, and which has an ethanol concentration of 2.

  • Patent number: 7117492
Abstract: An electronic information name of electronic information prepared by attaching a version number of the electronic information with a unique appellation of the electronic information is distributed to users of electronic information. Based on this electronic information name, accesses to the electronic information are conducted. There is further provided a table for holding the version number of the electronic information, and the version number held in the table is changed such as by a locking request, a locking release request for the electronic information. Upon an access request to the electronic information, the version number included in the electronic information name is compared with the version number held in the table, so as to judge whether or not the access to the electronic information is to be permitted, to thereby conduct an exclusive access control of the electronic information.

  • Patent number: 6493675
Abstract: A system for managing a work flow functions efficiently at a high speed. To attain this, the system includes a plurality of work flow support units, and a work flow support unit management unit. The work flow support unit management unit determines which work flow support unit is to manage a work flow. At this time, the work flow support unit management unit refers to the load condition of each work flow support unit to instruct the work flow support unit indicating the smallest load state to manage work flows, thereby preventing the process load from concentrating on a specific work flow support unit.

  • Patent number: 4978996
Abstract: An erasure turn-on control device applicable to a copier of the type which erases before developing a needless charge deposited in an area of a photoconductive element other than an image area. The erasure turn-on control is automatically switched depending upon the position of a cover plate, i.e., an open or a closed position.

  • Patent number: 4592653
Abstract: In a dry process developing apparatus, a seal member closes a gap between a photoconductive element and the upper end of a housing which has a developing roller, a toner supply roller and the like thereinside. A blade for regulating the thickness of a toner layer on the developing roller is spaced at its base end portion from the wall of the housing to set up a toner recirculation path. An oscillator plate extends generally downwardly to neighbor the toner supply roller at the free end thereof. The free end of the vibrator is caused into oscillation by a drive unit. The oscillator and drive unit cooperate to guide a toner dropped by a toner replenish device, which replenishes the toner to the housing, toward the toner supply roller.

  • Patent number: 4077711
Abstract: The copying apparatus is of the so-called visual image transfer type, in which a developing solution including toner dispersed in a carrier liquid is used for both developing and cleaning purposes. A cleaning device, having a roller and/or doctor blade, is disposed beneath a rotatable photosensor drum and developing and transfer-printing devices are disposed upstream and downstream, respectively, of the cleaning device with respect to the rotating direction of the drum. The cleaning device is brought into engagement with the drum surface after each transfer-printing has been effected and supplied with developing solution, as a cleanser, from the developing device to easily remove residual toner from the drum surface. A bundle of light focussing glass fibres is used as an exposure optical scanning device in order to make the apparatus into a compact structure. The drum makes two rotations during each copying cycle, with the drum being discharged and cleaned during the second rotation.
