  • Publication number: 20090311729
Abstract: The present invention provides a quick and convenient determination method and a determination reagent for acute enterocolitis, which can determine acute enterocolitis quantitatively and objectively. The I-FABP in collected blood is detected. Preferably, the blood is human blood and I-FABP is human I-FABP, and blood I-FABP is detected by an immunological method. As an immunochemical method, any of an enzyme immunochemical method, a latex agglutination method and an immunochromatography method can be used, and an enzyme immunochemical method is preferably used. More preferably, a sandwich-type enzyme immunoassay is used.
