Patent number: 8267825Abstract: Provided is a track car drive system, which is assisted by a generator motor so that it may attain a gear array for equalizing the number of speed range and the gear ratios at the individual gears as a transmission for the forward speed and the backward speed and which can be combined with the generator motor. A transmission (15) for receiving the output of an engine (14) at an input shaft (30) is constituted by combining a forward range (31) and a backward range (32) with two intermediate shafts (41 and 42) having different speed ranges (51 to 54) between themselves and an output shaft (45). By shifting/fastening a first clutch (43) or a second clutch (44) selectively, the rotation of either the forward range (31) or the backward range (32) is transmitted to either of the intermediate shafts (41 and 42). When one of the speed ranges (51 to 54) is selected, the same gear number and gear ratio are taken no matter whether the track car might run forward or backward.Type: GrantFiled: March 18, 2008Date of Patent: September 18, 2012Assignees: Hokkaido Railway Company, Hitachi Nico Transmission Co., Ltd.Inventors: Hirohiko Kakinuma, Iwao Sato, Hiroyuki Ihara, Tadashi Inaba, Hideki Nakamura, Ryo Karasawa, Takahiro Ono

Patent number: 7877637Abstract: A monitoring side core has an input protection part including an access checking part and an address information storage part. Address information of a count RAM area and an access prohibiting mode to the address are stored in the address information storage part in advance by CPU. The access checking part determines whether an address to be accessed through a first communication path by a monitored side core and an access mode are coincident with the stored address and the stored access prohibiting mode. When the coincidence is determined, the access of the monitored side core to the count RAM area of the monitoring side core is prohibited.Type: GrantFiled: July 1, 2008Date of Patent: January 25, 2011Assignee: Denso CorporationInventors: Kenji Shibata, Hiroyuki Ihara

Patent number: 7415323Abstract: A vehicle control apparatus comprises: a computer operable to execute a control program, a first memory storing the control program, and a second memory storing the produced data. The control program includes: a platform program for inputting data from a hardware device and storing inputted data as first data in a first section of the second memory, an application program for processing for a vehicle control in accordance with an AP interface, and a coupling processing program. The coupling processing program performs mediation in the processing using the application program by converting the first data provided from the processing using the platform program to second data in accordance with the PF interface so that the second data is adapted to the AP interface. The application program executes vehicle control by using the second data. The platform program performs an operation at different predetermined intervals than the coupling program.Type: GrantFiled: December 15, 2003Date of Patent: August 19, 2008Assignee: DENSO CorporationInventors: Seiji Miyamoto, Hiroyuki Ihara

Publication number: 20060010429Abstract: A test case is generated based on a model of a control system as well as a source code generated from the model by using a model based software development method. Information on an attribute of the model such as a range of input to the model is evaluated and used for generating the test case. A simulation result of the model besides an input data and a content of the source code are utilized for enhancing coverage of the test case.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 21, 2005Publication date: January 12, 2006Applicant: DENSO CORPORATIONInventor: Hiroyuki Ihara

Publication number: 20040128037Abstract: A vehicle control program has a platform program as a program including a device driver for making a computer execute processing for inputting data from a hardware device and transmitting data based on the input result to another processing. The control program also has a coupling processing section as a program for making the computer execute processing for mediating the data acquired by the processing using the platform program so as to be adapted to processing using an application program. The control program further has the application program as a program for making the computer execute processing based on the data acquired by the processing using the platform program.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 15, 2003Publication date: July 1, 2004Applicant: DENSO CORPORATIONInventors: Seiji Miyamoto, Hiroyuki Ihara

Patent number: 4997556Abstract: An oil filter comprising a housing opened at one end, a first separator unit in the housing for removing solid contaminants from the oil and a second separator unit for removing gaseous contaminants. The first separator unit includes a cylindrical filter element and upper and lower end plates attached to the upper and lower ends of the filter element. The second separator unit is disposed in the space defined by the inner periphery of the filter element and between the upper and lower end plates. It includes a chamber arranged to generate a vortical flow of the oil introduced thereof to thereby separate gas-rich oil which gathers in an axially central portion of the chamber, a first outlet for discharging the gas-rich oil and a second outlet for the oil containing little gaseous contaminants, the first and second outlets extending into the housing from the open end thereof.Type: GrantFiled: October 11, 1989Date of Patent: March 5, 1991Assignee: Mitsubishi Oil Co., Ltd.Inventors: Hisashi Yano, Hiroyuki Ihara, Junsuke Yabumoto, Ryuzi Kuwavara, Masanori Nishiya

Patent number: 4878924Abstract: An integrated and compact separator for removing both solid and gaseous contaminants from engine oil. Oil to be cleaned is introduced tangentially into a vortex flow chamber. Oil stripped of gaseous contaminant passes through pores in the outer wall of the vortex flow chamber into a filter system, while gas-rich oil collected near the center of the chamber passes into a gas removal pipe extending in the chamber at its axial center. After solid contaminant is removed by the filter system, the oil is returned to the engine parts to be lubricated.Type: GrantFiled: July 22, 1988Date of Patent: November 7, 1989Assignee: Mitsubishi Oil Co., Ltd.Inventors: Hisashi Yano, Hiroyuki Ihara, Junsuke Yabumoto

Patent number: 4865632Abstract: An integrated and compact separator for removing both solid and gaseous contaminants from fluid. Fluid to be cleaned is introduced tangentially into a vortex flow chamber before or after filtration of the fluid. The fluid stripped of gaseous contaminants passes through pores in the outer wall of the vortex flow chamber while gas-rich fluid collected near the center of the chamber passes into a gas removal pipe extending in the chamber at its axial center. After solid and gaseous contaminants are removed by the separator, the fluid flows out of the separator.Type: GrantFiled: October 6, 1988Date of Patent: September 12, 1989Assignee: Mitsubishi Oil Co., Ltd.Inventors: Hisashi Yano, Hiroyuki Ihara, Junsuke Yabumoto

Patent number: 4495089Abstract: A continuous process for the production of a solvent for use in the liquefaction of coal is described. The process comprises hydrogenating a mixture of 100 parts by weight of a hydrocarbon mixture and from 0.2 to 10 parts by weight of phenol and/or alkylphenol. The hydrocarbon mixture contains at least 50% by weight of a polycyclic (from tricyclic to pentacyclic) aromatic hydrocarbon or its alkyl derivative. The hydrocarbon mixture is distilled away in a proportion of at least 80% when heated at a temperature of from 320.degree. to 550.degree. C.
